Suggestion: I would not change anything about my mattress.

Suggestion: Wish I would've gotten a firmer mattress. Would also like the edges of the bed to be built up and stronger so I don't slide off when sitting at edge.

I never seem to sleep great, but it has been much better. I have gone for longer stretches without waking up.
Suggestion: The 3 animals that sleep on top of it with me, they need their own bed!

Suggestion: hard to tell if I've rotated it. If the two ends were colored/marked differently, that would help.

I asked for the "stuffing" to be straightened out...was askew and your second crew were very helpful and careful.

The staff was awesome when we came in they didn't try and force an expensive mattress on us they help pick one in our budget

I didn't even realize that I wasn't sleeping as well as I could until I slept in my new v9. I sleep so soundly, I hardly move in it. I know because I'm a Verlo employee, I may seem biased, but I am truly impressed with our product as a private consumer.

Suggestion: The bed has two dips in the mattress where we sleep, even when following the regular rotation schedule recommended.

Suggestion: Mentioned previously. Also would be nice when top part is raised if it would not move so far from say the night stand.

Suggestion: Wish we would have got the separated lifters for top

Had a little trouble getting headboard installed. Pictures in book were a little misleading. However, got help from the store and then everything fell into place.

Delivery people where very bad. Dragged mattress across hardwood floor. Hit ceiling. Hit lights on fan. And didn't take old mattress.
Suggestion: Get my money back
