I'm a side sleeper. Frankly, my old Verlo Supreme mattress with box spring seemed more comfortable than the new V7 Pillowtop. I am tossing & turning side-to-side often the new mattress. I believe having knowledgeable people to talk with a the store is important
Suggestion: I wish it was a more comfortable (perhaps softer, more supportive) mattress to provide a more restful sleep without having to turn from side to side.
I am having problems with pressure points, have trying to evaluate it and then stop in to talk. I hope to work with you to resolve my problems.
Suggestion: Need to work with regarding the issues I am having with painfulmpressure points. Not sure the pilllowvtop is providing enough comfort/padding.
I have body impression in the middle & they came out & took pictures. I'm 80 yes old, &was told I had to come to greenfield or wauwatosa store to try out. NO, I can't drive there & feel it's very inconvenient. I TRUST VERLO that it will be fixed & perfect sleeping. Just wish I would have purchased the single mattress
Suggestion: I wish I did not get the split king. I don't like the spCe between the two matresses. Very unhappy with that. On the sleep number beds they do not have that.
On our first night with the new mattress, both my husband and I slept great. We both woke up the next morning refreshed. When I went to purchase my mattress, I really had my heart set on the V7 King. It ended up being out of my price range and I had to get the V5 kind instead. I was upset, feeling like I had to "settle" for something with less quality. I could not have been more wrong. The V5 is comfortable and supportive while still feeling soft. We tell people that is the most comfortable soft and hard mattress. Keep up the good work Verlo!
Suggestion: Initially, I would have said to make it softer. But after a few months of sleeping on it, I really wouldn't change anything. It's soft in the right places but still supportive. We wake up refreshed, rested and don't have any body aches and pains as we had before. We are both so pleased with our purchase.
Just the previous point about the "dents". You asked about me recomending your product. Here is how the conversation would go. "We just bought a Verlo. It's comfortable but you can already tell where we sleep. It looks like we'very had it for years." And then we would move on to another topic.
Suggestion: We have had it for only a coupletter of months and there are already "dents" where we sleep. This is even after we have rotated the mattress more times than in the past five years. Very disappointed in that. It looks just like the ten year old mattress we just retired.
We are sleeping better because the hollow places made in our original mattress are not in the new one, but we still have hollow places in the new mattress. I am not happy with that.
Suggestion: In the 15 years we used our Sealy Posturpedic mattress, we had not places where our body made places where the mattress had depressions. We will soon be asking that you take the mattress back to the store to have the hollows filled up (if that is possible) .
I sleep the same but my husband sleeps better with less numbness
Suggestion: I notice that I get hotter under my spot than I used to...once I'm in bed I don't move from my spot so by morning I really notice the heat I've generated under my body.
I have not received my mattress after the repair as of yet I really do like my mattress and I would recommend verlo. I hope once I get it back after the repair that I can get back to sleeping like I did when I first got it.
Suggestion: That I could have my mattress right now to be sleeping on
yes totally, don't wake up half way through the night to get comfortable thanks get salesman really helpful and I will be back with other mattress needs
I am enjoying my new bed but my husband is thinking that his needs some tweaking. I'm happy- our whole family has Berlin mattress and our last ones we just replaced were 18 years old!
My mom called and talked to someone last week about getting sheets that fit her new mattress. We ended up going on Saturday afternoon and the guy was really nice.

Suggestion: It's taller than previous mattresses so a little out of proportion with my antique bed frame.
I like being able to raise the bed up with that lifter. It helps when my wife is snoring.
Suggestion: It seems a little pricey, but maybe that's what a quality mattress costs.
Perfect firmness. Not rolling into hubby (I mean, I love him, but...)! Great customer service!

Suggestion: It's a little too high for sitting on in the morning. 3 inches lower would have been perfect. Too bad there's not an adjustable frame to vary with people's heights.
