It doesn't have an an edging around it so when your sit on the side of the mattress he start to slide off

No more backaches! Also, I can't feel or hear my husband when he gets into bed (we work different shifts) so no more waking me up in the middle of the night. Verlo rocks. Keep up the great work!

Not used to the matress yet. Go back to the old styles. Not sure this is a great improvement
Suggestion: sides are too soft. I like my old one better that had "stiffer" sides, and I didn't feel like I was sliding off.

I had to hire someone to help me move the new box spring upstairs to my bed and the box spring from my bed down to the guest room, as the new set did not fit properly on the bed in the guest room. The fit is still not as it should be, but it is better. But neither bed has the mattress/box spring unit I wanted it to have, that is, new unit in the guest room, no change on my bed.
Suggestion: I wish I had a mattress set that properly fit the bed frame.

Verlo pricing has always been pretty great but I feel on the last couple of mattresses I have purchased, I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. Nonetheless, I have been a return customer for years.
Suggestion: My last mattress was the Deluxe pillowtop so it was much larger/deeper. My bed is short now and I sort of don't like that. I know, stupid.

I am sleeping fine but worry about being unable to rotate the mattess every 2 weeks for the first 3 months as the Delivery man said I MUST! There is no way I can do that! What is the point and if it is So necessary why wasn't I told by the salesman before purchase.

Mattress was for a sleeper sofa for guests. It doesn't fit. Yes, the mattress doesn't fit the sleeper sofa. It is the right dimensions long and wide, but it is too thick and the sofa doesn't close with it.
Suggestion: I wish it fit the sleeper sofa that I bought it for.

When you had the offer for a free iPad, I called and said we would do the adjustable frame to get the iPad. Your rep was very rude. In no way were we eligible for the iPad. It wasn't Nancy.
Suggestion: I wish it were a little lower. Our frame is high.

I'm sleeping ok still adjusting Everyone was very nice. They did not have to install headboard hardware. I don't recall getting a check for that. Or??

Yes and no

Yes and no. For the most part it's yes but there are days upon getting up my low back and hips hurt. I lay on my back a lot and seems that the area of my low back and hips forms a depression and if you move over out of that spot it's higher and makes it uncomfortable and causes my low back and hips to hurt. Also, I found when the mattress was rotated several times to the opposite end - the bottom from the way the mattress was originally set up it seems like that end sinks in more.
Suggestion: That it wouldn't sink in so much in the low back/hip area as I tend to lay on my back a lot and an impression forms where you lay and when moving out of that area it makes my low back/hips hurt.

Yes after returning the 1st mattress that was flawed from the start and the zippered cover was separating from the fabric! I can't believe the 1st new mattress and zippered cover that fell appart could have ever left the factory. Our sales person was great.
Suggestion: Getting a quality mattress the first time! It took 3 separate appointments which was extremely inconvenient and took hours of my day away from other commitments. At one point I was told they were going to remove the original one and we would be without a mattress for 3-4 days.

I had not slept on the mattress for the first three months. I had rotator cuff surgery and laying down is a common problem as it increases the pain. I have only slept on the mattress for about four weeks and it is comfy, but there are areas that are sagging and I will soon make an appointment to have an adjustment on it.
Suggestion: It needs to be a little more firm.

Better than the old mattress, but getting slight sags on each side already. I guess that about covers it, but if the sagginess gets any worse, you will be hearing from us. Thank you.
Suggestion: As previously mentioned, we wish the mattress wasn't getting slight sags where we lay, with it being slightly higher in the middle already.

I slept on the bed for 2 weeks and it was too firm for me. I had the 2 twin mattresses picked up and made softer. Aaaahhhh. Now I will sleep better! Thank you for making the beds more comfortable, now we are all happy

Can't sleep on this ROCK you sold me! I've tried everything, but sleep on the couch. We brought it back for an adjustment, but that didn't help. You should have never lied and said this was comparable to our last Verlo. It isn't. Salespeople at your other stores have confirmed. Complete waste of money. Thank you for finally asking! I've gone from a lifelong Verlo customer to telling anyone that will listen about my terrible experience.
Suggestion: Make it the King Vibrance Eurotop clone that I asked for, thought I was getting, but found out later that you lied about to make a quick sale.

The bed is perfect for my mother, Joan. The softer top layer allows her to sleep on her side without pain. She broke her her recently and was having a hard time sleeping on s firm mattress. Thank you!
