My wife says her lower back feels great but she still has discomfort in her lower back.
Suggestion: My need to make an adjustment to dial it in just right. Customer service, (Evan), has been great to date.
Love the zero gravity. If you could figure out how to cool the surface like the seats in my car do - you would have every menopausal woman in town buying your mattress! I'm glad I invested in something where I spend one third of my life!
Suggestion: I would like to be able to control the temperature to be cool. Every 'how to sleep better' website talks about the need to be cool in order to sleep well.
My back issues have improved about 99%. I still think the mattress is a little soft, so I might take advantage of a comfort adjustment. Yes - keep up the good work. Overall, I'm happy with the bed, and with my experience with Verlo. Thanks!

My husband has not had a backache since we have had the new mattress plus I toss and turn a lot and since the new mattress, I do not disturb my husband nor does he disturb me. Besides loving the mattress, the salesperson was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful
Sorry, but Mary only slept on the bed a couple of weeks, then had to go to the hospital. She is now in a nursing home and won't be able to use her bed. Mary only used her mattress a couple of weeks. She is in a nursing home now.
Not sleeping BETTER . . . just have a lot more mattress I can use. Even a Verlo mattress will start to have a lot of springs poking thru after 8 years. Thanks!
Suggestion: The mattress is fine just as it is. The price was good; I suppose cheaper would always be better if the quality stayed the same.
It's not firm like a queen mattress. The mattress I have is a sofa twin and it's not comfortable at all. I wish you make a better made mattress for sofas twin. I hope you can make a better firm mattress without feeling the springs in the twin sofa beds. The way you make it now, it was a waste of my money.
Suggestion: More cushion because I can feel the springs in the mattress. Not comfortable at all.
So happy that quality and service can still be found. Local product and a company that stands behind their product....especially with something as important as quality sleep. Verlo has always been an exceptional experience and having bought my first Verlo almost 10 years ago, it says a lot to work with staff that have been with Verlo for at least that many years. Suggestion: I am still trying to get use to but I may have to have Verlo make mattress a little more firm. Otherwise all is good.
I didn't notice a change
Suggestion: When we tested it out in the store it seemed very, very soft like sleeping on a fluffy pillow. Honestly, it isn't anywhere near as soft as it was in store which was quite disappointing. We thought after sleeping on it a few months it would break it in more, but we really haven't noticed a change.
The mattress is very hard and I wake up with backache and hips hurting every day! I think its a bit ridiculous that we have to wait 2 months to get our mattress adjusted due to a store sale! As far as I am concerned we are the ones who spent over $1000 on a mattress and we should be able to have one that we like. I think that the hours that the warehouse is open is way too hard to work around a schedule where both parents work. One of us will have to take off at least 3 days just to get the mattres picked up, adjusted to correct comfort level, and then get dropped back off. All in all I wish I would have gotten my mattress somewhere else so I could just return it!!

I have had people stay and they are very pleased with this mattress. It is very comfortable. I have slept on it myself and it is a nice mattress. I would recommend this one to others.

Medical issues not related to the mattress. the material that makes the side of the mattress is not real sturdy

The mattress is definitely more comfortable but it did not solve the shoulder pain issues we were having.

The second delivery was much better and the mattress was wad I expected the first time. The delivery crew the second time was more professional and took more care when handling the product

The bed is incredibly firm unlike the demo in the store. I would like to arrange for the mattress to be modified. I've waited +60 days per the store recommendation.

The bed is already starting to sag and affecting my back. You need to work on your customer service. We were given the wrong mattress because it was extremely soft. We called about it and was brushed off and said that we had to go through some process during our work schedules to fix the mattress that was wrong. We had to contact the regional manager before we got the right mattress, but almost didn't get the right mattress again because the delivery guys couldn't tell which mattress was which.
Suggestion: Stronger spring system that lasts. We need a mattress for a person with back issues (super firm) at a reasonable price.
Our bed was an ungodly mess every day. Adam gave us a mattress pad. That helped a lot but the bed is still messy. That surprised me, many years with a verlo mattress and the beds alway made up nicely. Thank you for the mattress pad at least there was some improvement. Sleeping better / about the same.
