Same as previously First couple weeks, mattress was too hard. Advised that it would settle and it did. Unfortunate that it wasn't perfect when received. Will look into the comfort adjustment offering.
Suggestion: Wish you could flip it over/rotate it to other side. Previous latex mattress by Verlo that was possible.

The bed I rested on at the store was very comfortable and I got a few moments of delightful lying down. What I was given is not uncomfortable, but is not what I thought I was buying. What can you do for me?
Suggestion: Get a new one.

The mattress is comfortable, the adjustable factor is nice to have to customize your sleeping experience. While the store music is meant to convey a soothing and relaxing shopping experience it was maybe a bit too much and worked to be the opposite for me, it was distracting and annoying. Maybe have headphones by the beds for people to use when testing. Overall, I would research a different music style for the store.

Suggestion: The topper wasn't so heavy. We flipped it for the first time the other day and found it difficult. I don't know if we will be able to do this as we age more. But..I like the comfort it gives us.

The new stores are beautiful, and Carmella was great. She gave me information and then left me alone to make my decision.
Suggestion: I'd like it to be two sided. I'd also like to have a little more squishyness added, but I don't have a way to get it to the store for an adjustment.

I don't know about better, but I'm happy that's it's the same comfort of the Verlo mattress we replaced. I do love the fact that When either of us moves, the other can't feel it! Appreciated the personal service and advice about what type of mattress would best fit our comfort tastes. We nailed it!

Sleep quality is about the same. Mattress still seems too firm. Find it odd that the remote for the adjustable base only works with the lights on. Very frustrating if I want to go to bed after watching tv, that I have to get up to flip the lights on just to flatten the bed.

I think I made a bad choice in having my mattress adjusted to be a level firmer. However, I am sure when it's readjusted I will be sleeping much better.
Suggestion: The firmness level... which I am in the process of doing.

Our backs and neck feel better in the morning.
Suggestion: When you have it in the upright position I have to move the mattress back up physically. We do not have the brackets put on the ends because the guys that installed it said that it is hard to put the sheet on with those in the way.

The mattress that came in our camping trailer was ultra cheap, the Verlo mattress that we purchased from Evan gave me the first good nights sleep in several years in the camper. Thank you
Suggestion: I would like to have the comfort level that we now have but on a thinner mattress, this mattress is double the thickness of the original.

Seemed better for first several weeks, no waking up with a little pain. Wish could have gotten the right mattress firmness for us a little more scientifically.
Suggestion: We are going to need mattress adjusted and stiffened. Gave experience of sleeping on several quality mattresses in hotel that were much firmer and we were convinced that we shouldn't go that firm.

Stopped in to talk about these issues. Man said nothing could be done about the mattress being too warm. Said we could adjust the sinking in the center. Still considering that option.
Suggestion: Gets too warm. Sinks a bit in the center, also.

We are sleeping better, however, I feel I would like to try our mattress a bit softer. I want to say that our Customer Service was excellent and your representative was extremely knowledgeable and explained all products that were available to us.
Suggestion: Right now I would like to try it a bit softer.

Mattress is nice and firm. No sags kike the old one store was clean,Tate was great,and your delivery was great. No problems at all. Nice to get great customer service for a change

Bought the convertible base to alleviate husband's snoring. Unfortunately, husband will snore in any position.
Suggestion: The mattress is great. The convertible base does not alleviate snoring. Please do not tell your customers that it does.

Somewhat, but not to the extent that I should be sleeping. The bed is sinking in the middle already. I have tried rotating it and sleeping in various areas of the bed to no avail.
Suggestion: The middle of the bed is comfortable and the entire bed should feel that way. It certainly should not be sinking only after a few months.

Given the results, not sure if was worth the cost. That is, not sure if another mattress brand would have worked out better.
Suggestion: The improved back support only exists when mattress is in a certain position. When rotated the back support is worse.
