i am not tossing and turning and when i wake up my back is not sore! this has been one of the better purchases I have made since moving in December.
Suggestion: I do wake up really warm - the most likely is the mattress pad/protector I believe.
It would be nicer if the mechanical foundation could be assembled in at least two parts that could be put together once in was in the bedroom. It was difficult to get the foundation up our stairs. Our woodwork took quite a beating from the delivery guys trying to shove it up the stairs. I didn't notice the damage until after they had gone. I wish they would have brought it to my attention. Not a lot they could do differently, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. (That's the reason for the 8 instead of 10 for the recommendation to family and friends.) We love the bed, but would mention the delivery difficulties when we recommend it.
Suggestion: So far, so good.
Going from full to queen has been great. Compared to my last matress, this is also comfortable. My first night on mattress after delivery was miserable. I called verlo thinking they made a mistake manufacturing or delivered from mattress. It was hard as a rock. No one at verlo mentioned this, but I figured out it was because the memory foam portion of my mattress was frozen from being on delivery truck. I wish someone at the store knew this happened and had told me. It took maybe two days to "thaw out". That is something the sales staff might want to know in case they get a call like the one I made.
Suggestion: I'm at a hotel this week and can't believe how much more comfortable this hotel mattress is compared to my new mattress. I wish I would have got a softer mattress.
Nice and comfortable, enjoy the adjustable base. My husband likes the vibration to relax. It is harder to make because of the base. I can't put a bed skirt on it. Need to figure out something different. Need to shop!! It just fits our bed size so it is tight. Just how the bed is built.
Suggestion: Can't think of anything.
I like our mattress but I'm unhappy with the height of the bed. It is not the height we were told it would be.
Suggestion: The box spring is too high. I saw immediately that it was too high and asked if we could switch before they even put the mattress on it, and I was told it would cost us money to switch. So I kept it. But I'm not happy because my feet dangle in the air or I am leaning against the side of the mattress to put shoes on.
When the message is on, items in our room rattle and make it hard to fall asleep the message is a lot louder at home then in the store room, like it but sometimes it feels like when you go to adjust the speed it feels the same. so don't know if the message part of it is really worth it. Not happy with that end of it
Really nice bed, but it is too high. My feet do not touch the ground and it is hard for me to sit on the side of the bed and get into bed. I explained this in the 1 month survey, but got no reaction!

In the store we tested bed height, and chose the one where my feet were flat on the floor, but the delivered bed is much higher!
No more waking with aches and pains. I sleep all night long, no more waking several times during the night. Our whole experience with Verlo was great from when we walked in the door with our salesperson, to the delivery people. A great team all around.
Suggestion: As of right now nothing. Everything has been great.
wonderful bed! It does take a while to get used to the height of the bed but I feel like a princess climbing into my bed
Suggestion: the height is an issue for my husband since he is short. Other than that, wonderful sleeping

Suggestion: The Verlo Queen bed frame didn't fit our headboard from Pier 1. We had to purchase metal adapters to make it fit. If the bed could have extended out another inch it would have fit perfectly.
Suggestion: It's a little heavy. It would be nice to have handles that could actually be used to lift or rotate the mattress. Also, we had hoped that the mattress would be cooler, but we still wake up during the night because the mattress is warm.
Suggestion: Wish it was softer/ was more plush/had a soft pillow top. Wish it was more durable. Can already feel indents from where myself and my boyfriend sleep in the bed. And the mattress is protruding out on one side. Didn't pay 1400 for a bed that is like any other cheap bed
We don't have the right firmness for both sleepers. It's too firm for my husband. Please give more assistance at the time of ordering in how best to chose the firmness

Yes and No...it depends on my night. I normally get to skeep quickly but keep waking up all through the night. My lower back and hip is hurting more the longer I sleep on it. I think maybe the firmness needs to be different. We have medium, I know firm is too hard...can you change it to a medium/firm? Meaning half way between a medium and firm? Your service was excellent when we purchased our mattress and when your men brought it and set it up for us. The mattress is a bit more difficult to roll out of. I believe I just need the firmness changed. I had planned on calling you this week. I was trying to really give it a chance for me to get use to it...but it has not improved, it seemed much better when we first purchased it but seems to get worse as time goes by.
Suggestion: The medium to a medium/firm. The medium is a bit to sift but a firm is to hard...I need something in the middle of those two. Can it be redone to a medium/firm?
I think the mattress is a little hard for me. Each morning I awake to lower back stiffness. It isn't as comfortable as I expected it to be. It is extremely heavy for my husband and myself to turn. We are seniors.

Comfort adjustment has made a big difference (for the better) The customer service and response is excellent
Suggestion: We had comfort adjustment, and changed from 2" to 5" box spring, however since adjustment, the mattress is much higher - we could have done without the box spring change. That was something we weren't expecting, and we are not sure if we will change this, again.
We have been having troubles sleeping with the new mattress. We will be calling to have it re-adjusted. I believe it is too hard as it hurts my shoulder when sleeping on my side.
Suggestion: I would like it to be softer, be more plush with the pillow top.
No, I feel like the bed sags toward my husband, I'm not too keen on the pillow top mattress. Very high.
Suggestion: It is very tall, makes it hard to get in it. Sheets don't stay on. Not sure if I like the pillow top.
Took a bit of time to get used to it. I was used to my old squishy mattress.
Suggestion: Wish I could have afforded a bigger bed, but that's not on you. It is a bit firmer than I expected. Gonna try a mattress pad.
I think I am sleeping better not sure if I picked a mattress that is to firm need more time. So far so good I'll let you know if I need to make the mattress less firm. I have up to a year. Thanks Dave
Suggestion: I would of picked a two side mattress but the cost was too much.
