Suggestion: Really not one thing, and knowing that down the road we can have it tuned up if need be. Steve it was one of the best investments we made.

I have arthritis , meaning achey all over esp lower back . Mattress is ok but since I picked up the gel foam things are better. I still like a mattress that can be turned over and used both sides
Suggestion: the mattress is very light weight and when husband turns and moves about the mattress also moves and inch or two over ,

After the mattress was reworked it's very comfortable for us to sleep on. The reworked 9" thickness was also much better for us than the deep profile. Too heavy, too high to climb into bed, too hard to change sheets. Why do people even want that???

Suggestion: wish i could have afforded the next step up - the one that is part like a tempurpedic; that was really plush & soft but it was out of my budget

But I am waking up with numbness in my hands. I'll call to talk about having it redone.
Suggestion: I'm contemplating having you change the top. I realized I'm flipping to my side to sleep more than I thought I did.

I am no longer sleeping on lumps. My mattress is still straight when I make it in the morning. I love it. Thank you for your patience while I made my decision. Your company is great. Keep up the good work.

At first it was great, but mow it's a back breaker, we think it needs a tune up
Suggestion: Would be great if the tune up could happen in house. We are moving house to Union Grove in the next 2 weeks, so we will arrange / schedule the tune up after that

The first two weeks I woke up to lower back pain, although it seems to be less after the third week. Have turned the mattress as instructed. So I guess it is just a matter of adjusting to the new mattress.
Suggestion: I think I would like to have it somewhat firmer.

I am very happy with my Verlo mattress and the service I receive from those who work for Verlo. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything. Now I will go back to sleep!
Suggestion: I wish I could answer this but I don't have anything I would like to change. It is just wonderful

we both still have backaches every morning. Not what we were hoping for. How about a refund.
Suggestion: I wish I could go to bed at night, wake up in the morning feeling great. ( Like the commercials say) That is not going to happen. We are not happy with the money spent, and with what we got.

Suggestion: After a few years of wear sinking mattress where your body lays. The price is a bit high. With having 2 back surgeries you stick with what works best for sleeping. This is my 2nd mattress and will be a returning customer as long as this type of mattress is available.

A lot better because I don't toss and turn as much Great service friendly both in store and delivery . Tate is extremely nice and very good looking
Suggestion: I think it needs to be softer and I didn't know that it would be next to impossible to find sheets for it

Sleep is ok...went from a 4 in foam topper on a mattress to no foam topper on the new one. Took a while to adjust Steve Lambert deserves a promotion
Suggestion: I really miss the feeling of sinking into the foam...it's like heaven

The first few months were rough as it needed to break in, but it's much more comfortable now. I was having trouble with intermittent sleep, not sure if that's because of the bed; most likely not. I still toss and turn a bit, but less than I was. Falling asleep is much easier
Suggestion: Maybe softer with more support. I only got a v5 so maybe a v7

Sense we got the mattress and started sleeping on it we no longer sleep through the night and my husband usually only last about 4 hours in the bad and then has to get-up-and-go to his chair.
Suggestion: That we would sleep better on it.

This is the best mattress I have ever owned! Keep up the great work! I'll only be getting Verlo from now on.
Suggestion: I wish the top was slightly more cushiony, but my mattress protector makes it just a smidge more soft.

The bed purchased is for my Grandmother who has not yet come to visit and sleep in the bed. When she does we will be contacting you if any changes should be needed.
Suggestion: Not sure yet if anything needs to be changed. We will know once my Grandmother can sleep in it.
