Suggestion: It is a little softer than I would like, but my husband loves it and no longer snores. I too am comfortable, but I worry that down the road we made need to have it made a bit firmer.

Bought the convertible base to alleviate husband's snoring. Unfortunately, husband will snore in any position.
Suggestion: The mattress is great. The convertible base does not alleviate snoring. Please do not tell your customers that it does.

The second delivery was much better and the mattress was wad I expected the first time. The delivery crew the second time was more professional and took more care when handling the product

I'm beginning to think that I should not have gotten the pillow top mattress. I'll try it a bit longer but may be asking for an adjustment. I guess I'm reserving judgement for a few more months but right now I'm disappointed in my purchase.
Suggestion: The weight. There is no way that one person could shift it around. I understand that you do not need to flip it but just rotating it to even out the wear on it is impossible for one person. I also wish (and this is my fault) that I had tried out all the mattresses. Coming in to the store and taking the little quiz directed me to the 2 most expensive. Maybe that quiz does it to everyone. Never-the -less, I didn't try the other mattresses and perhaps I would have found them more comfortable now. I was told that I should feel like the mattress is giving me a hug. Well that meant the pillow top one....which may now prove to be the one that I shouldn't have purchased.
Phyllis is a great sales person the others at the location on Layton tha I worked with when she was not in were great too
Suggestion: To be able to buy California king bedding
It was great dealing with Phyllis when we purchased our mattress.
Suggestion: Considering having it softened up just a bit.
My partner and I are no longer rolling into the center of the bed. We have much more support. The mattress and high-price pillows are not nearly as confortable once they have the protector covers on them.
Suggestion: It is too firm on certain areas of my body. My back pain is still present when lying flat on this mattress.

I can sleep on my side without my arm falling asleep due to the extra cushion/ material. The only problem I encountered was the length it took for the sales person to fill out the sales form.

Reading better too. We've been using the free pillows given to us when we bought the mattress and they don't really keep their shape. I know they were free, but it would be even more impressive if you gave away a quality pillow rather than a low grade version. That said, we have been really impressed with both our mattress and Verlo as a company. Just not the free pillows.
