I've ordered several items from this company. Their return process is easy for full refunds. In addition if you need to speak with a live person, you can. Unlike other online companies. Also I wanted to add, they do let you order tops & bottoms separately, unlike other online companies. You can order the bikini tops in bra sizes which helps too! And they are always happy to accommodate their customers

They charged me a $7.84 return fee plus a promotional shipping adjustment for $6.95. So for the pleasure of trying on their jeans they charged me $11.90. Last time I will be ordering from them. I don't want to do business with a merchant that is sneaky.

I purchased a dress, ordered it in 2 sizes. Kept the one that fit better, and want to return the other. I have to say their return policy is awful. If you start a return online, you will be stuck. Absolutely no changes, and when you call customer service, they tell you they can't do anything once a return is initiated. Absolutely done shopping here, too much of a hassle. A lot better options with easier returns out there.

I've purchased several items for years and my past couple purchases, I keep having issues. I purchased a deep plunge bra and it's awful - it won't stick (it's the correct size and I am not wearing any creams that can interfere with application), and it came dented. I originally flagged the dent and the customer service response was terrible - I think I'll stop purchasing in the future.

I purchased for the second time, same bathing suit. Covid 19 has put on extra pounds. Ordered same suit in larger size. Bottom is one color of aqua, top is a faded out, cheap fabric, can't get wrinkles out, "Venus" tag in suit is cheap looking, not like previous suits. Their quality has slipped to bout zero.
Also ordered ombré shoulder cover up. Faded badly and stained my washer tub even after using cold water. Venus isn't what it used to be. $130 for two pieces of cheap fabric. Waiting for return label. Regret they are selling such cheap items at same price or higher!

Saw a cute blue lace one piece bathing suit. Description said runs small.order a size up. Since it was on clearance at 14.99 only size bigger than mine (I'm a 16) was 22.so I figured why not.it's cute and a Lil loose would be fine. Well it arrived today and didn't go past my hips.almost ZERO stretch! Never had a problem with venus pants.tops.skirts.boots.jackets etc. Maybe they should get out of the swimwear sector. Not worth returning it due to shipping fee so I'll keep until I lose 50lbs or give to a skinny friend!

Venus has cheapened the quality of their material since my last order, so beware. I have spent a lot of money with this company and I typically make a large purchase every spring. Not the same this year! I just received an order of several items and the quality of material is awful. Thin, see-through polyester junk. This is not the Venus I knew and loved. Will not be shopping here anymore. What a ripoff! Thanks for nothing.

BUYER BEWARE!. I've purchased two items and returned both. One was received by Venus on 11/18 and the other on 12/7 as indicated by UPS tracking numbers. Getting a refund is next to impossible. After multiple chats and emails, I still haven't gotten my refund. Venus said it was sent to paypal. Paypal shows no record. Venus indicated to contact my bank. My account still shows the credit for the amount $54.59! This is my experience. I will never purchase from Venus again. Not worth the headaches.

So I ordered 289.00 worth of cloths. It was damaged in the mail and never received. I called and they sent out what they didn't have on back order. So by the end of two months dealing with these idiots I am still missing an outfit and they won't send it. There trying to charge my card again for something I paid for two months ago. What a joke! They make returns complicated and expensive. They teamed up with some return company no one has ever heard of. The closest one is 70 miles from me. Then if you return by mail you have to pay to ship the item(s) back and pay a restock fee. You certainly don't experience this through Amazon, Target, Walmart, or Marshals online. This return is my last. I'm done with them. I will never order there again. Waste of time and finances. Also, the quality of their clothing has gone downhill. Everything is VERY cheaply made. It wasn't like that in the past. Each year it gets cheaper and cheaper.

I have been a Venus customer for five years. I even bought my wedding dress from them. Love the clothes, they always fit but last dress was too tight in breast area. Tried to return dress, customer service does not respond after multiple attempts to reach them. They just lost a customer.

I reached out to customer service before ordering. I was told sizes are true to size and she told me what size Id need with my measurements. When the clothes were received they are too big! Terrible returns. They send back the returns & keep your money. Rude customer service. I inquired after two months of my return and got my package returned. Called and nothing. Online service nothing. Im now out $198 unless they fix this. Its a scam don't so dont buy from here. Awful company. Their sizing is all off. Then when you try to return, they hold a portion of your credit back. Then when you call, multiple times, they tell you they held back the tax. No haha. Not the tax. The people answering the phone don't know anything about the company. So they kept part of my money. I spent so much time trying to call and sort it. I just started purchasing from Venus.com like a month ago, and so far I've had to return multiple orders. Their sizes are wrong, jumpsuits run too big on the top, but worst of all, the quality of the material they use for their clothing is really POOR. It's a shame, because the products look beautiful, but the material is the worst. Won't buy ever again from it.

I wanted to purchase the Cold shoulder ribbed top size L color mint. It showed that it would be available for purchase as of the 17th of April. But it already sold out way before. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I called customer service and they said it was no longer in stock. And that they don't know when It will be back in stock. They said to keep checking online to see when it was available. Still says it's no longer available. Very disappointing.

My husband and I started buying stuff from VENUS in the past year we thought that they had a great return policy as I'm a very petite person it's sometimes difficult to get stuff to fit me. Their claim is that they have perfect fit every time type of sizing. But I am constantly sending stuff back because it never fits. Whether they're getting stuff from different manufacturers or what they are doing I'm not really sure. But the sizes are not consistent. I recently placed an order where I received some Venus dollars towards a future purchase. So utilize those Venus dollars towards my next purchase I had $50 in these Venus box that they do and of course I get my next order and stuff doesn't fit. And they don't offer sizes smaller than these items so I would have to return them for something else. The girl told me that they won't honor the VENUS dollars that I had put towards that purchase towards a different purchase for new items. So basically I just lost $50 in reward dollars. I asked to speak with a manager and her manager was just so conveniently too busy to talk. So I told them I will send everything back and I won't spend any more money with them. My husband and I have probably both separately spent $1000 since Christmas time and stuff for myself. If they're going to offer these reward dollars and people need to return stuff because their items aren't fitting properly then they should honor those reward dollars towards whatever the person is switching them out for. That's just a total scam and ridiculous. I'm done buying with them I am so angry and frustrated. As a customer service representative could have cared less. She was just kind of like oh I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you I know it stinks. That's not proper customer service that's ridiculous. Not to mention I'm finding a lot of products aren't made as nice as they look in the image as you get them and they're like a cheaper looking T-shirt almost material. And for the price it's just ridiculous.
