VENUS Swimwear

Was so excited to be buying from them. Took over 10 days to arrive. Couldn't believe it.@ of the dresses were ok the other long maxi dress had so much material i returned it. The thing is if you use the UPS label it will take an additional 10 days to get back there and they deduct $7. So I sent it back myself due to weight it was priority and cost me $13. The refunded the money back pretty fast but tried to charge me for the original shipping which i had free from them. That's some kahunas. I complained and they credited back the $9.00 they deducted. Never again.

I purchased 2 maxi skirts after i looked at reviews. I was worried that i chose the wrong size. I am a US 4-6. I ordered the Medium size and they fit perfect. Sit nicely around your bottom and floaty at the bottom. The material is what i expected as seen in the pictures. I have dresses of the same material so knew what to expect. I would say that the skirts are as the store White House Black market.The prints are prettier than i have seen in other stores so far.

Again another shipping issue! I ignored these warnings and it was a mistake!
I had several items from 2 separate orders to return. I included them in ONE BAG-$6.95

Imagine my shock they dealt with each order separate.
Charged me $13 to return a $29 dress... so my refund was only $17

Second invoice showed another $11 deducted from what I was owed IN ADDITION to the $6.95 standard delivery.

Granted cute clothes but HIT OR MISS with the fabric, quality, proportions, and actual sewing.

Agree with the others Amazon, Macy, and Victoria's Secret are much more budget friendly when you factor in returns.

I order about $250.00 worth of clothes every winter to make a wardrobe that I know is new, ready to wear, new style, always a jumpsuit (because I get many compliments when I wear them so Thank you Venus!) sweaters to wear with jeans 2 cute winter sweaters, 2 sexy sweaters, long sweater/cardigan.
Last year it was H&M. I am a VENUS girl as their clothes fit MY body type which is normal.

I have bought swim suits, cover ups, shirts, from VENUS and I have loved every single item. I started looking for a replacement for VS (Victoria Secret) as their message isn't what I want. I want clothes that compliment my body... which remember is normal.

VENUS is half the cost of VS. VENUS clothes are made better than VS. The only reason why VS is bigger and "known" is because they have a huge marketing budget. VS is all about THEM. Venus with their customer care service, they care and it shows.

So yes shop at VENUS!

I purchased a bathing suit online and loved the look and feel of it. Size was perfect. I wore it 5 times over a period of 4 months and noticed a small hole in the side of it. I contacted customer service who said they couldn't do anything since it was purchased over 90 days ago. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality and poor customer service. They should have mailed a replacement since I had paid a stiff $60 for it! Never again will I order here, better quality at Wal Mart!

My biggest complaint is if you return something they will RIP you off big time. I ordered 5 items. I got free shipping and a 15% discount. I retuned everything but one top that was $34. - 15% = $28.90. On the returns they charged me $7.95 shipping - $6.95 for the return label then took back the discount of 15%. I thought I was paying $28.9o for the top but it ended up being $48.90. I turned them in to my credit card company to be investigated.

I instantly liked the coat when I saw it on line and ordered right away. Although the coat is listed as size 20, the sleeves though are a size 24- too long, too wide and the coat is a size 16. It is snug. But the workmanship on the coat is good. The lining is completely sewn in. It is not "tacked in" at various spots on the coat and the remainder left flapping loose. I received the coat in 4 days. It was promised in 4-7 days. I never dealt with the company before. But I am pleased. Love the color which is unusual for me. I have a steady wardrobe preference of black. I would order again from the company but would pay more attention to the listed dimensions. I wish there were more plus size real business type options; tops, dresses and suits.

I ordered 3 beach dresses that should have arrived in time to pack for a cruise. Instead a package arrived with one dress and some sort of sweat pants that I never ordered. The third dress was back ordered. I called Venus. I waited on hold for 16 minutes, then was told the dress I ordered and paid for was no longer available. They are sending a free return bag, when they receive the sweat suit that I never ordered, but received they will credit my account for the dress that I paid for but never received. I am very disappointed. I was really hoping to have something cute to wear on my vacation. I doubt I will order again. It is too confusing when they fail to make sure the order is correct.
