Since the beginning of this year I have placed 4 orders with them and have never been disappointed. On one occasion an item was missing in my order and I immediately got a refund. The customer service team really cares that you are happy with your shopping experience and I always love to go back to this shop when I need something new.
Some of my clothes fit. Yes they do provide a size chart however, if you make a mistake in ordering your size and it does not fit, you will be spending way more to return to China then you purchase.Its almost like not even getting a refund. They will give you an option to take the 30% off of next purchase, but I do not plan on purchasing again. I spent a lot of money and if I cannot fit then money down the drain basically. I do like the way they tried to solve the issue but either or was not worth it. I have to be more careful
My first time also and my last! This company has alot of nice trendy clothing but the customer service sucks and its very sad because we take our hard earn money to patronize a company that dont care about their service to us one way or the other. This is not fair at all i feel like ive been ROB!
I ordered a month ago didn't receive a tracking number or anything, I emailed them and they sent me a tracking number with this fake link to track it. Still haven't received my package I want my money back!
And anyone who's giving this website more than two starts (two being generous) is either a bot or a paid reviewer. I would say the service is bad... but then that means there would have to be service, right? I spent almost $200 and only received an email for confirmation. They never sent a tracking number, and I asked a week ago if I could get one and I still never got an email for tracking. I ordered this stuff on June 9th 2020, it is now June 25th and I haven't heard a damn thing from anyone concerning anything.
I placed an order on 3/14/2021. Today is 4/22/2021 and I still do not have my order. I have emailed the company and haven't heard back from them. I believe this order is coming from China so I will give them until Monday to respond back to me. If not I will request for all of my money to be refunded to me through my PayPal account. It's sad that as customers we aren't able to track our packages. All my order number is stating is that my money has been processed on the 3/14/21 and I have a order number. I understand that packaging coming from another country will take a little longer... But come on " You have to communicate with your customer.
I'm loving this outfit so much! Comfortable, cute, and flowy. I feel so cute it in and got a ton of compliments when I wore it.The seller is also very easy to work with. I highly recommend this seller and their product! I am very pleased with my purchase!

I ordered two outfits from this company I ordered those outfits one month ago I have yet to receive them and payment was received from my account from them and I have no way of calling them directly to see what is going on I have sent an email and I have not received an email on what is going on so now I am going to have to report to my card that I never received anything to be able to get my money back I will never order from this company again and I'd advise you guys not to either
I ordered my items back in march, Although I paid for a speedy Delivery I did not receive my items until a week ago and its may! The tracking imformation was not helpful at all
On the 10th day since I had ordered, I contacted them and received a curt reply explaining the start the order when paid (you must pay to complete order), and it takes time to ship from China to US. Well, this is not the 5th time I've ordered from China but this is the WORST EXPERIENCE! I ordered on the 14th, it's the 26th and I have nothing (merchandise or tracking number).
The size was awesome. And a great thing about this brand is they have really trendy clothes. All topped with great customer service.
