I've been trying to receive my items from them for almost 3 full weeks and customer service just keeps saying that it will get here and refers me to a tracking link. The link has not updated in 8 days and customer service stopped responding to me. No contact number and they want me to return the item I never received for a full refund. I had to escalate this to my bank since I haven't received an update and have just been ignored since last week, even though I was assured by a supervisor he would personally monitor my order. I included that email. Seriously steer clear of this place, you'll thank me.
Their photos do not match up with their products been fighting with them over a return and shipping address for weeks. Clearly the photo of what I purchased shows the coils are included but they say no they're not included we just show you which ones to use! Ridiculous rude people
I wish I would have checked on reviews before I ordered from this company. It has been 5 months never received my order because the company that they use to deliver only delivered during the day while I was at work even thought I repeatedly asked them to deliver when i was home and shared those times with them. I then reached out to vaping.com customer service about the issue they said they would reach out to their shipping company but didn't. Fast forward to getting an email stating that my order has been returned and they are going to refund my money. I am still waiting on the refund that I have never received. This company is nothing more then a group of thief's and lairs. So do not use unless you want to throw your money away.
Purchase didn't arrive after 14 business days. The shipping company apparently claimed "no access through gate" to my home, despite personally speaking with them and granting access. They returned to sender. Notified vaping.com of the situation and was assured a refund was given 3 weeks later. My card wasn't refunded. It was charged again, but for the amount minus shipping fee. How is that a refund? So, 35 days later, I was charged twice and never received anything. Currently disputing the charges with the cc company. This is just unacceptable and in today's day and age, should not happen. Very disappointed and will never order from this company again.
It takes FOREVER to get your order from them! You're better off just going to the vape shop and paying the extra few bucks just to have your vape fluid that day. When they say 15 days it takes to get your shipment, expect to wait 15 days PLUS all the weekends in between those 15 days! Never ever ever again will I order from there. Not worth it!
It's been almost 3 weeks and I am still getting the runaround from customer support. Lie after lie about why my order hadn't been sent, put offs for another day, that they would "watch carefully" until it was delivered. The last straw (and lie) was a supposed date my order would arrive, it didn't, and their site (as well as the tracking site) says still waiting to ship. I have to go to my bank to dispute the purchase, as they repeatedly refused to cancel my order. I would never order from this company again.
Answer: We will see if it is a scam. I'm still waiting on my order. If it is I will be contacting my bank to get that 175 bucks back I spent there and report them! They take FORVER to get your items to you though! So beware with that! Also… when I ordered I noticed a 54 dollar extra charge afterwards and it was apparently for taxes for Virginia for vape fluid… which is freaking crazy. But yeah best to just go to your local smoke shop to be honest!
Answer: No! The only good thing I really got out of here is that the customer service person always got back to me in a timely manner and always answered my questions in email.
Answer: I agree with Kat F. The customer service staff replied to my emails in a timely fashion. I understand it's not their fault there were issues with my order, and I appreciate their attempt to assist me as best as possible. However, they are unable to correct shipping issues and/or refund issues, so really, the customer service staff is just a live person for customers to speak with regarding their orders and nothing else. They can't do anything to correct errors.
