Purchase didn't arrive after 14 business days. The shipping company apparently claimed "no access through gate" to my home, despite personally speaking with them and granting access. They returned to sender. Notified vaping.com of the situation and was assured a refund was given 3 weeks later. My card wasn't refunded. It was charged again, but for the amount minus shipping fee. How is that a refund? So, 35 days later, I was charged twice and never received anything. Currently disputing the charges with the cc company. This is just unacceptable and in today's day and age, should not happen. Very disappointed and will never order from this company again.
