I was very pleased with the rental price of the textbook compared to other sites. However, when I got to the checkout page there was no spot to put in a coupon code, so I went back and looked again to see if I missed something and I still did not see anywhere to put a code. So, I put in my shipping and billing info and clicked the proceed button, thinking that maybe I could enter the coupon code at the next page before completing checkout. Nope, it completed the checkout without allowing me anywhere to use a coupon.
My other issue was that on the initial "My Cart" page it said there was no tax. When I clicked checkout it still said there was no tax, but only the price of the book and the shipping cost. However, when I proceeded to complete the checkout process and after they put my card information through, it showed the breakdown of the price and that there was suddenly a purchase tax included, which was clearly $0.00 on the previous two pages.
Had these two issues not occurred then I would have given ValoreBooks 5 stars.
It was very easy and so much cheaper compared to my college bookstore prices. Its also nice that the books have free return shipping so its very smart to go through ValoreBooks
Honestly last time I rented I had an issue with return time. However, you guys worked very well with me and made sure everything got to its rightful place on time. Kudos.

The check-out process was a bit difficult because the site kept wanting to put the shipping address in for me. I could not change the zip code even though it was incorrect.

Easy to browse and the choice of new, rental or used affordable books! The only part they can maybe work on is add an estimated time of arrival prior to ordering books.

I ordered Solutions Manual for Stephen G. Kellison's the Theory of Interest on October 4th. I emailed the seller to obtain a tracking number, waited 5 days for a response and was then informed that this book is on backorder. I am annoyed that I was not informed that this book was on backorder BEFORE I ordered it. And I'm infuriated that my time has been wasted and I now have to turn around and start the order process all over again@!
It was really easy to rent my textbook for semester, would use again for my upcoming semesters. I wish the prices were lower but there's not much to do about that

This is the WORST textbook site I've ever used. I sent my book back to them (sellback) and they sent me an email saying that they received the book and in UP TO 7 days I would be paid for the book. A MONTH AND A HALF later, and after SEVERAL phone calls, and a threat of legal action they finally emailed me back that they would not pay me for the book because it was "water damaged" which is completely false. I will never use this site again and do not recommend it to anyone unless you want to be cheated, lied to, and conned. They are nothing but thieves.
