EASY AND CHEAP, HAVE USED CHEGG FOR RENTING BOOKS FOR YEARS, BUT GOOGLED OTHER WEBSITES AND REALLY LIKED THE PRICES ON THIS ONE. I DIDN'T LIKE HOWEVER THAT YOU COULDN'T CHOOSE QUICKER SHIPPING ON SOME OF THEIR BOOKS.
I found your website very easy to navigate, find books by the title or ISBN, decide to rent or buy, and after checking with Chegg, CAmpusrental, Ebay, and Amazon, these are GOOD PRICES! (this counts shipping and all!)
I have been waiting for payment of a sellback item that was approved for payment July 27,2017 and it is not almost September. I talked to two agents through the online chat (who were both very rude and told me I had my order number wrong when I was looking at the order number on my computer!) I then called customer service and I was told that I would receive a personal phone call regarding the issue but instead I received a sloppy email saying it would take another 14-21 business days for my payment to arrive. Do NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I certainly will never use them again.
This is an amazing cite to order your books off of! It has not saved me a lot of time and money, but has also helped in the stress of finding and ordering the proper books need for my classes
I've been ordering from this site for YEARS, and I've only had one small issue, that a VERY friendly customer service representative was able to solve with one short phone call. I recommend this site to my college friends aaaaall the time!
I ordered Schaum's Outline of Spanish Grammar 6E in July 23,2014 for a rental fee of $14.95. Valore charged my card, but I didn't receive the book or a refund. I continue to get "reminders" to return the Schaum's text book. I've sent them numerous emails to tell them I didn't receive the book.
Their responses to me affirm I don't have the book:
"Hello Barbara,
I am writing to provide an update on the claim sent to your seller regarding the shipment of your order. According to the seller- reference the email below- your item was was marked as undeliverable by USPS and returned. We are working with the seller now to issue a refund for this order. If you do not see $14.75 return to your card (Visa 7388) within the next 7 days, please contact us again and we will assist you further.

Then... one month later I get another email asking me to return the ($)(# book! So aggravating!
I am very annoyed with valore books. I had to place the exact same order four times because my orders kept getting cancelled. After the second time, I contacted customer service to ask why, and they didn't know why. After my third cancellation, they were finally able to tell me that it was because my shipping address doesn't match my billing address. It's important to understand that some people receive their mail in one location while residing in another. That's why there's the option of putting in a different billing address. VERY inconvenient for me and all the other students trying to get their items in a timely manner. Just save everybody the hassle and remove the option of putting in a different shipping address. Very unprofessional, valore books. Now I have to drive two and a half hours to pick up my shipment all because I can't have a different shipping address from my billing address. Don't let one bad experience affect millions of people trying to receive their shipments. Let this be the last time I ever order from valore books.
Easy to use. Hasn't let me down yet. Has had all the books that I have needed thus far that I needed for my BSN degree. I save tons of money by renting versus buying. Thank you!

I tried many college textbook places, but only ValoreBooks came through, and it was easy to do. They don't have all my books, but definitely more of my books than the other online places I checked.
Found a coupon for 5% off and there was no area to enter the code at checkout. Being one who is sensitive about education and money, the website will only get one star for the trickery.
