Some prices are better than Amazon when shopping for text books. Easy to use site, pics of books. Have not rented any books only bought. Shipping has been standard. So far no returns.

You can buy popular DVDs from third party sellers... really inexpensively compared to Amazon.com. It's easy to use the site. They have good customer service and tech support.
