Sent them my book on 12/10/13 and today is 1/06/2013 and I have still not received a payment or notification that it has been processed. Called customer service, said they would contact me in 48 hours and never did. NEVER EVER SEND THEM BOOKS. They will never pay you.
ValoreBooks has, hands down, the best textbook sellback prices around. Perhaps they can afford to be so generous by ripping off folks like me who send them books and 4.5 months later are still waiting for payment. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they are still giving me the run around. DO NOT USE VALORE BOOKS. I will sell a book for far less money rather than deal with ValoreBooks again.

They saying i should of have my 56.93 dollars back. But i guess not. You guys should stop buying textbooks for $200 or more. I bought my Physics textbook for $24 because it was an international edition and the information was not different from the American books.
