I am on a temporary work assignment so my shipping address is different from my billing address. I had to ship books to an address that I will not be at to recieve books until 2 weeks after class starts! Poor service!

For some reason I couldn't upgrade from standard to upgraded/expedited shipping. I'll reach out to customer service. This is the best price I could find, and I just wish I could use my savings to expedite the shipping.
I ordered a book a week ago (before Thanksgiving), received confirmation on the order, given order number, then received shipping confirmation. A day or so later, I'm contacted telling me that the order was canceled and that my money was refunded without reason. This was a Christmas gift for a friend. I could have ordered from dozens of other sellers where this book was concerned and I chose Valore because of the good reviews and I got burned. How can I trust this company to do this again? They aren't dependable so be forewarned that you won't always get what you ordered.
I was hesitant to purchase and rent books from ValoreBook, however after my first purchase this is my go to shop for school books. I was surprised how quick and easy it was ordering online. Best prices and very reliable.
I was in a hurry to rent a college textbook as I ordered previously from a different company and received the wrong book! Valore books website came up and I was able to rent without a hitch and the price was super cheap. Thank you Valore for coming to the rescue!
I entered my credit card and shipping information, ordered the book, and then went to track my package to find out that my Order was Cancelled on their end.
They could not provide me with a reason why, and when they tried the reasons did not even apply to my situation.
I am EXTREMELY displeased that I have entered my personal and credit card information to not be provided with a product.
I am now without a book that I need for class.
The process was easy and fast and I will continue to purchase my texts books here. I learn about the web site just looking for cheap books to buy for school, I came across this Valore books, so I can't wait for my book to arrive.
It took forever to my process the order! I had to keep going compoletely out of the website and start the order over, before it finally accepted it and processed the order! Now if I receive the order in an acceptable amount of time, that will be great!
I found the book I needed with for a good price! Only thing I wish differently, is a description whether or not the book is an ebook, paperback, or hardcover. It may have said it somewhere in the description, but I couldn't find it. Crossing my fingers until it gets here that I got a hardcover or paperback!
I am not a traditional student and the thought of going back to school, buying books and doing homework was a little intimidating. I was very pleased not only with the prices of the books that were offered through Valore but also the condition of the books I received.
Your initial service is little good, but your return policy is not good. I have contacted several times to return the book, but you didn't respond properly. That is why I couldn't return the book in order to get full refund for that history book. Your premier membership policy also kind of cheating because it didn't show in your website that you charge a monthly fee for membership. You suppose to return my S & H charge because you already charged two months membership fee.

The prices on this site are the best online... I did a lot of searching for them. Most students are not made of money and the books required for classes are super expensive. Valore Books if for the students, not against... thank you
Google directed me to the website at the top of the first page of results. With a brief glance at the homepage, I found the deal for me. The price of less than $15, including shipping, was too good to pass up.
I purchased a book on 8/13/17 from a vendor using Valore's website. The book shipped the next day. On 8/17/17, I received an email from the partner company stating that the order was never shipped and I could request a refund or wait for the book to be back in stock. I requested a refund from that company and later called Valore Books to request a refund as well. A week after I asked the separate company and days after I ask Valore, Valore ships the book and asks me to pay for return postage! Avoid this company at all costs.
Tl; dr: book says it was shipped, 3 days later I get email saying it never shipped, I ask for refund, they send the same book days later, I have to pay for postage to return.
Great service and suppliers. I can'tsay enough good things about this site... The suppliers are good old fashion when it comes to making an item for you and making sure that the customer, youare satisfied
I've been looking for a book that I used to read to my kids when they were little. Now, my daughter wants to read it to her child and I couldn't find it anywhere! I was excited to find it here for a reasonable price!
I ordered a book, it stated that it was on it's way but then for some reason, a reason no one can provide me with, my order was canceled and the money was taken out. I was told that the money would go back and that I needed to re-order.

I had order a book before my classmate and I received the wrong book and she received right. So I asked for them to resend me the correct book and was told the book was no longer available. Like really! So I go back online and reordered the book yet again to see if it was available. Well let just say I have to see if the right book come this time. Not a happy camper and I have assignments DUE

I found this website through TextbookRentals.com and the book that I needed was the cheapest on this website. I have never heard of valorebooks, but I know that I will come back for future purchases of textbooks.
