Every time I order products from ValoreBooks I never have a problem. They make it very very easy to order anything. It is user friendly, I tell my family, friends and even people i just meet how easy it is to order from ValoreBooks.
I gave it a four because not sure it was all the website problem. I loved the price, but what was truly weird is the book I was renting had an international edition and there were several missing chapters. The weird part was I chose one that was the US version and tried to click on it and it kept putting me to the cheaper international version. I finally got to it from a search link in Google. Then I couldn't get it to check out. Turns out you have to choose the address with your city on it. Choose that and checked right out.
I found the book I wanted at a phenomenal price - but I would have bought more if there wasn't a five minute time limit on the book I wanted. I hope the book is in the condition promised. If so, I'll be back to shop more - I buy a lot of books - but I will never like the countdown hanging over my head.
I tried renting a book from their site and it kept telling me my card couldn't be processed. The companu charged my card 6 times! I tried calling the number listed and every time get "congratulations you've won..." It's a total scam site & should be taken down ASAP

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I sent a book out to be sold in November and it is now almost February and I still don't have my money for it. The customer service department is utterly incompetent. I filed a complaint with the BBB in order to get what I am owed. Stay far away from Valore Books.
Just ordered my book. Website did not state the condition of i but ValoreBooks saved me money. Ordering was fast and painless. Hope the book is in a good condition (buying site unseen). I like the 30days warrantee and hope I don't have to use it.

Easy way to get textbooks would recommend ordering from Valore Books, site is easy to navigate. Steps to checkout was also very easy to follow. If you are a student the books are cheaper than what you can get at the college book store.
This is my second purchase and if it is as good as the first, I'd give a 5 star!
It is so wonderful (and economical) to have a product service as Valore. I have the eBook furnished to me by the school and Valore's prices, I can purchase the books and take along anywhere.

I ordered human bio book paid for express shipping and they canceled it without notice. Now here i go without a book and searching for another website. This is ridiculous. Never again... I will never bother ordering from them again nor will I ever refer anyone to purchase a book from them.

I ordered a book on December 15th. Over the next week, I checked order status daily and everything looked as normal. Until the day before Christmas, the status changed to "cancelled".
I never recieved any sort of notification telling me the order wasn't coming. They never reimbursed my credit card or shipped a package. I am now without a Christmas present, or the money to buy another.
This site is run by thieves. I will never use this site again.
Valore Books offers the best prices for textbooks for college. Keep offering great prices. I have rented from them in the past and the return process is so... easy. They provide everything from the packing slip and return label.
This is the first time that I've used this site and I am happy to say that I look forward to many more semesters with books from ValoreBooks. I less on 2 books (1 rental and 1 to own) than I've ever spent on just 1 rental anywhere else! ValoreBooks, where have you been all these years?!?!?!
The prices on books are great overall; however, the shipping is a bummer when you're buying multiple items. I tried looking for a coupon code to no avail. Glad I was able to get the books I needed and not spend an arm and a leg but just bummed about shipping for EACH item. I like Valore and I have been ordering from them for several years through undergrad and now graduate school.
I was able to find the book that I needed for my class for a third of the price of most places. It is a shame that I am not able to find most of the other books that I need or able to purchase a gift card for my cousin that has her Doctorate in English.
I've bought books from Valore several semesters in a row now, not even because I need the books later, but because for some reason, the books are always cheaper to buy than to rent here, and on top of that it's cheaper than most other options as well. The books always come in pretty good condition (maybe a little dog-eared, or some spine damage, but nothing I wouldn't see on one of my own books after a couple weeks of use
