The only thing I don't like is you have to enter your credit card information each time you order a book. It's seem like since you have established an account with them you should be able to login to your account and place an order.
I had been searching around all over for the book at a cheap price and I was just about to give up until I didn't and searched one more time and I am glad I did because they had the book at the cheapest. Thanks.!
I admit the first time I used the service I might have pushed a few deadlines and did not prefer the return method, however; I now just take screenshots on my phone or save the email with the order number and dig them back up at the end of the semester and it's all smooth sailing. Way worth it compared to how most bookstores charge you out the wazoo and then pay you only a few dollars for the book in the end, they then of course charge the next student 5-10 times what they bought it from you for... anyhow, this service is amazing just save yourself some time and keep the reference number somewhere you'll find it when you go to return the book.
Always had textbooks that I needed, great prices whether I rented or purchased the books always recieved them on time and very easy to return rentals, they always follow up to make sure you recieved merchandise and are satisfied.
I have ordered books from this site the past two semesters. I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. The books arrive in a timely fashion, they are well packaged, GREAT prices, and come in the condition that is listed. But I have also received some books in greater condition then what they were listed as. You definitely can't find an offer like this any where else. Keep up the good work!
Found the book for my class for much less than the cost at the bookstore or any other online site! Very satisfied with the savings. Have used the site before, so I don't have to question the legitimacy.
Almost impossible to get a proper address entered if you have a separate mailing and billing address. You cannot enter a P. O. Box number and shipping address so impossible to finish anything in a timely manner. A complete waste of my time. Who knows if I will get my book or if it will get lost at the post office with out a box number entered and UPS drops it there or usps gets it without a box number and only a physical address.
I am on a budget as a mom and a student so finding the book I needed as a great find and deal! L Public Administration and Public Affairs was not affordable without aid but this price was great. Let you know how fast it sipped later.
SUCH A SCAM! I rented a textbook through Valore. I find out I don't need the book a few days after it is delivered to my house. I have been trying now for about 2 weeks just to get someone to give me the return address. I have been emailing them because that is the only way to contact anyone and the lady just keeps giving me the run around. (and might I add it takes around a day and a half just to get a response) I am completely fed up with this company and will not be using them ever again!
I went to compare book prices on textbookrentals.com and Valorebooks had the cheapest price available to rent for the semester. It took me 2 seconds to order and pay for my text book and is completely idiot proof. Highly recommend this site.

Found the book I wanted for the cheapest price available online (thru google shopping) couldn't use my tablet to order it because of the weird put in your address and it auto-completes your city and zip so I ordered from my laptop.
This has been the most affordable site for textbooks (purchasing and rental) that I have come across. Hopefully the texts arrive in a timely manner and they arrive in good condition and that the rental process is easy and painless.
This is an awesome site! I highly recommend this to all of my friends. Compared to all other sites that sell books, this is by far the best. Most books are much more affordable on this site than any other.
Great value but website absolutely fails when it comes to printing a copy of your order and/or your order details. It is vital that your customers have a print option once their order is placed that is easy, quick, and reliable. I tried to print my order details and it took forever, led to my browser AND printer freezing up and showing the error message "Not Responding" - causing me to have to restart my computer and printer. Very frustrating and inconvenient!

This was my first experience with renting textbooks, and this site made it really simple and easy. I was worried as the semester had already begun and I didn't have the money for the textbooks I needed at the bookstore but luckily this site came through.
The website & availability of books was great. However, when I went to check out, it could not find my billing address & would not allow me to check out, so I had to use the shipping address. Need to fix this!
I am torn in the middle because with my first order I got an email hours later saying it has been canceled. I just now placed another order with a different price, only because with other websites it would have cost me double. I need my book for Jan. 17 so if this order gets canceled again I will be greatly dissapointed.
