I am pleased at the price for this book. I am in college and being able to have a hard copy is critical to my field of study. I believe that I could not find a better price for a DSM V hard copy brand new!
Quick and easy to use. I found the textbooks I needed and an excellent price. I have used this site before and have never had a problem. They even offered free shipping and free return labels. I would recommend this site to anyone in need of a textbook.
I try to order from Amazon because the shipping is faster with Prime but when they don't have my book or its out of stock Valore usually has it. Between the two I can usually get all my books. Valore also has great costumer service.
The process was easy and the discount was great! However, the book I need for my class also comes with a code for an online lab. Although this book that I bought started at the same price as the book+code combo, nowhere in the description does it say it comes with the code. I won't know until I receive the book if I need to purchase the code separately.
I have ordered my college textbooks from ValoreBooks twice now, and each time I have been exceptionally pleased. It saves me a ton of money, because my books are usually $200-300 each, but with ValoreBooks I only paid approx $30 to rent each book for the semester, including shipping, and they pay the return shipping.
Found what I was looking for at a great price. Got expedited shipping, as semester has started, but still a good deal. I wish multiple books that were shipped together would get a discount, but still a good deal
I rented two Campbell essential biology books from this thief, only for them to ship ONE of the books. I contacted this con-man through the "contact the seller" button 6 times with no response. I called directly to the main office only to receive help from a man that had absolutely no social skills what-so-ever. This man was stupid beyond belief and could not help me at all. It took 5 weeks to receive an e-mail from some associate in their "help" department, only to see a copy and paste response from her e-mail sent to the seller claiming they "thought" they sent both books, but only sent one. Now I am stuck paying for TWO books at full price over this disgustingly scamming seller that this website is harboring. This was my one and only time ever doing business with this website, never again. BE WARNED!
Decent price for a rental book and a fast checkout! Made it very simple and easy. Went on this website to purchase a book just for a summer class and the new version of the book was available to rent! Usually, you only find used books for rent, so I was thankful to see that they had the new version of the book I was looking for!

Their rental program is a great way to go if you don't need a textbook long term and are just looking for a book to tide you over for the quarter. They are easy to work with and are great about sending reminders that the rental return is coming due!

I noticed the good reviews are very detailed and long, seem "built" to me. I usually trade in my books to Amazon; however, I was tempted to send in my book for a higher quote here. I understand the policies; however, they are very vague in their Q&A. They did not define the book condition requirement, rejection only refers to different ISBN/material.
My book is consider good condition with high amount of highlighting and bent corners. It was "REJECTED", $0. They should at least give me a partial of the quoted amount! I contacted them to return the book with a prepaid shipping label from me. THEY REFUSED!
I will never order a book from this site ever again. I never received the book, and once it was late and I tried to contact the site, they kept on telling me to wait a few days, then wait a few more. It ended up never coming to me, and the person with the book took my bank card info and made charges to my account. I had to claim it as fraud and I needed to get a whole new debit card and be without one for a whole week because of this! Never again.

Have used for a year now and have not been disappointed. I understand that technical errors happen and my order was also canceled. But I can't judge on one incident. I saw a dense comment where the writer said her order was cancelled and she was so upset that she ordered the book somewhere else but only purchased a few cheap one form Valero LOL. I looked for each textbook I'll need for my classes for this semester and compared prices across sites. I'll be purchasing from several different sites, BUT a majority of my books are from Valore Books, where I was able to save several hundred dollars. For used books that I'm well aware will be in varying conditions, the prices were a steal. Wish I had done my due diligence as a freshman when I ordered textbooks.
