Best place to get books, I was upset that a book I needed was well over my budget, and then I found this site. Thank you so much for affording me the opportunity to get a much needed book for my field of study.

I placed rental order for a book at $29.50. The order went through. Then i got email couple days later that the order was cancelled. I replaced the order. But this time i had to pay $39.95 to rent the same book.

NOT GOOD!

We have ordered a few times. The first was awesome, others were good or expected. Another we received a book in Korean when that was nowhere in the description. Thankfully the seller refunded that time.

I put in the ISBN and my book came up quickly. I added the book to my cart, but I had to move quickly because the cart expired in 5 minutes. Thankfully I only needed one book from this site. Checkout was very easy to do. Can't wait to get started.

The process of ordering the book was easy and the price of the book was affordable. I hope you guys can continue to do good job after all the reviews I have read about your poor service. Please try to prove to me that those reviews are not true.

It didn't tell me anything about the rental, i. E. when is book due back, do I have to pay to ship it back, etc.
It didn't tell me when the order will be delivered when I chose expedited shipping, so I'm paying more but don't know whether it's worth it since I don't know the delivery date.

I work at a sea turtle hospital and rehab facility. Not only finding textbooks is hard but very expensive. I found so many here at such amazing prices. This site is a life saver to my wallet and to the turtles. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

I've been using ValoreBooks for 2 years now. It's a great web to rent books. The rental price is cheap in comparison to the price of the books from the college. Easy rental and easiest return. Customer service is good.

They do cheap rentals and do really good buy backs. However their customer service sucks. I have rented from them in the past and they take forever to ship out and they take forever to look through books to see how much they will give you for books...

I have just ordered my books for the upcoming semester. Valorebooks is very easy to navigate and I was able to find the books required for a relatively low price! I have ordered from them before and the books I receive are always in good condition.

The process to actually place the order went very smoothly. I have not received the item as of yet. Therefore, I do not know how the order fulfillment process will go. I hope it will be as simple and efficient as the order placement process. Fingers Crossed.

I have always have a good experience with valorebooks, both selling and buying. I have found books at a very low price, I thought it was too good to be true. But I always get the right books, and always on time. I would recommend to anybody.

I never look anywhere before I look here first. Most of the time I find what I need here. Class books are expensive, whenever you can find the books you need at a discount, go for it. This is why I am a tried and true Valorebook shopper.

The site was easy to navigate. I found the books that I needed used at a cheap price. Entering in the information to purchase said books was quick and effortless thanks to keeping my cart, the credit card information, and my address information all in one page. The auto-fill for the addresses also helped.

I love the prices. Your prices are very affordable. Your checkout process is quick and to the point. Your website is very easy to navigate. It is not extremely "wordy" with tiny font which is great. It is very easy to search for textbooks as well. I definitely will be using this cite in the future and highly recommend this to college students. The prices are low and the books are in good condition.

I had problems putting in my address and city. It would not allow me to change anything. I tried on my phone and got no where. Then I got my computer and still had problems.

My experience overall was great. I just ran into a little problem while typing in my address because the system wanted to see a little change in the address I was typing, and it me some time to figure it out but otherwise everything went fine.
