Ordered both medication and bandaging products. Processing and shipping of all orders always super fast every time. Although Valley Vet does not have a 24/7 pharmacy, their rapid shipping for no additional cost places them head and shoulders above the rest. Have dealt with VV competitor that has 24/7 pharmacy due to unavailability of product at VV. Although all my human interactions were great, shipping was VERY slow EVERY time for a critically ill pet AND I received medication (oral antibiotic) that was labeled "Use as Directed". Huh? Turns out, only half of the instructions were on the label! Even though it was THEIR fault, I had to waste time taking/emailing pictures of incorrect labeling and additional follow-up calls to make sure problem was corrected. All that while giving 8 medications every 8 hours to a kitten who wasn't eating and had to be offered food hourly just to try to save him. No such problems ever with Valley Vet! Thank you SO much Valley Vet!
