Valley Vet is my first line supplier of products for my horses. This time, they had a product that I routinely use, that was out of stock everywhere else and at the usual price. No gouging. Love Valley Vet.

Haven't had any problems with shipments or quality. They were able to contact the vet and confirm the prescription and ship via next day air with no incident. I have used them a few times and would recommend them,

Valley Vet promptly confirmed our prescriptions for our dogs and got them out to us. We saved a considerable sum of money by ordering my horse's Easy Boots through them and they also came to us in short order.

I have been buying from Valley Vet Supply for a number of years now and have always found them to be prompt at filling the order (only took 6 days to arrive on most recent). I don't recall ever having a serious problem with either the ordering process or any of the products, but it does concern me that some people obviously have and claim that VV didn't stand behind the product.

Had to order heart medication for my dog. Vet wanted to charge me so much more $ for the same prescription. I was able to find it on line at Valley Vet and prices were so much better since this is going to be a ongoing medicine that my dog needs.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I'm only going to give a 4 star rating. I only buy a couple of items, one of which is a little hard to find and they offer the best price. Shipping has been fast. I haven't had to deal with their customer service.

Due to problems outside Valley Vet's control the shipping company didn't get the package to me on time. They refunded the money I spent to have it shipped fast. There was no hassle about the issue. Definitely impressed me with the level of customer service.

Valley Vet has been an affordable option for my dog's medication, and they have incredibly good customer service. When there was a miscommunication about the delivery of my product, they were kind enough to overnight it so my dog would not miss her pills!

After an emergency need of some puppy vaccines, ValleyVet came through. They arrived with the ice pack still frozen, and well packaged. Much cheaper prices than my closest animal supply store. In a rural area where 2 day shipping means at least a week, I was super impressed to receive my order within 48 hours of ordering. Shipping wasn't cheap, but I got the items I needed without an hour drive to the closest store.

I have a pet with recurrent RX needs. They keep track of vet prescriptions and refills. Things are quickly ordered and delivered, no fus, no muss. Extra care is taken in hot and cold weather to preserve the integrity of the medication. Wish my human plan did as well.

Always quality products at reasonable prices. Nice variety. On time delivery. It's time saving to shop online for the items I need most often. My horses don't balk at the apple wormer like other brands I've tried.

I've used VV twice now and they are fast, thorough and seamless. Couldn't be happier.

I order my puppy shots through u guys it's was great and just didn't like the amount it ended up being when I went to check out, u guys are affordable for low income people but the u hit them with this outrageous shipping and handling cost that truly hurts our pocket books plz keep in mind of people who are on budget's and low income people who want to use your site for home delivery options ty

The website is easy to navigate and place my orders. The prices are very competitive and I'm always surprised how quickly my orders arrive. So far I have not had any issues come up where I have needed to contact customer service and I've been a customer for many years.

This medication saved my dogs life. I have a german shepherd with EPI and after adding this powder (1 tsp) per meal (currently feeding 4x/day grain free dry dog food due to grain allergy), he has already gained back 8 pounds in 2 weeks. So thankful for this sites quick delivery and this medication! My dog would not have survived without this stuff.

Of all the on line vet pharmacies I looked into for the product my dog needed. Although still pricey this and one other on line pharm were the lowest price. I got a better delivery promise from Valley Vet and they lived up to their promise. Good in my book!

I really appreciate how Valley Vet reminds me that I need to re-order my pellets for my pony. Having a busy schedule, it really helps. My order is delivered fairly quickly so I don't run out of product before it arrives...
