My clippers died out on me and i needed a replacement fast. I ordered these and they came exactly when i expected them. There was more in the packaging than i thought i purchased, but turns out it was all included. I also got a better price than i would find at many other retailers
I recently moved, so my billing address and shipping address were different. I have never in my life had a company go out of their way to contact me and make sure that someone wasn't fraudulently using my information. The package arrived very quickly, and was reasonably priced.
Order item and received faster than expected! Great quality and personalization. I just wish they would have had a sizing chart available for this brand. I went with medium for my quarter horses and thank goodness it's adjustable, I had to use the last holes for the section behind her ears. This is one of my favorite styles of halters as it easily slips over there ears and clips under chin, perfect for a child leaning to halter.
I have used Valley Vet for years with my horses. Then I found out you carried the special joint management dog food prescribed by my vet. It's about the same price but I get it delivered to my house. Valley Vet took care of getting the prescription and keep it on file and I don't have to do anything once I place the order. I could eliminate placing the order by requesting "auto-ship" Great service!

I wanted a certain style and type of jacket for a lady. After much research I found the coat I wanted at ValleyVet. I purchased it from them because nit only was it $35 cheaper than the closest competitor but shipping was free and extremely fast. I will definitely be back in the future for more items!
I have had nothing but great things to say about this company/website until this morning. After not receiving a product I waited an extended amount of time until calling to figure out what happened. I even got an email from valley vet asking for delivery confirmation. I got a notification from the tracking saying the package would be delayed and then never updated after that. No package came... so I called hoping they would have some answers as to what happened to the package. The lady I spoke with from customer service was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken with. She told me, "I thought" a package was not delivered, well I wouldn't be calling if it had? I cannot believe someone like her is working as a customer service rep. Before hanging up all she said was, "bye." She was extremely condescending the entire length of the phone call. This one phone call has me reconsidering where I am purchasing my medications. Very disappointed!
I dropped the vial of insulin, but only saw a dent in the metal ring. However, my cat's glucose started to rise rapidly, when it was thought he was in remission. After 2 glucoses in the high 400's, my vet asked if I could replace the vial, because dropping the vial can cause problems with the insulin itself. Though it's very expensive, I knew this was my only option. Ordered it late on Friday afternoon, on line. The office was already closed. I had it Tuesday afternoon! His latest sugar was 169! Thanks for the speedy service!

I appreciate the quick service and the assistance with processing my RX for my dogs medicine. I keep ordering our pet meds because of the friendly and knowledgable staff. Everything always come carefully wrapped in exactly when they say it will arrive.
We received the warmer, and the horses didn't seem to have a problem with this particular wormer like they have with others in the past. The other thing we ordered was a safety harness, but I didn't come with any instructions, and it looked more like a breast collar. When you went out to the company's website. It gave no instructions either other than it kept talking about the brow band, and the nose band which this did not have. Valley vet handled. It perfectly refunded her money no problems. We use a Valleyvet for everything regarding our horses.
The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star is the shipping is very expensive. I also worry that the vaccines are not going to stay cold by the time I receive them and I had issue with this last shipment with UPS. Should use FedEx,, their the same price and got it here the next day and still cold. (horse vaccines)
I use them for supplements and have used them for prescriptions in the past. Their prices are very good, especially for the drugs, delivery always quick and on time. They have a good variety of products and I've never had an issue with any order I've placed I've been using them for about 5 years or more and service has always been excellent.

Very good product. Processing and delivery takes some more time and money - especially from my more distant location - but I appreciate the more targeted expertise that Valleyvet.com has when compared to behemouth online retailers like Amazon. I'd rather spend a few more dollars to get a product that works instead of wasting money on feeding massive online advertising industries.

The website is easy to use and product arrived in 3 days. I was a little put off by first price for shipping. I called and was told to actually follow thru to next step and would be given other options. Glad I called to get information. Being in Alaska I was surprised my order arrived in 3 days priority mail. It was half the cost of first shipping option that I was given.
My daughter needed a rope for her Western Equestrian Studies program in college. I originally ordered from Rods, but they didn't have it in stick. I tried Valley Vet Supply and my daughter had the rope in just a few days. Thank you.
