Many express satisfaction with the quality of experiences offered, indicating a strong likelihood of repeat business and recommendations to others. However, some customers have raised concerns regarding the pickup process for vouchers, particularly issues with communication and accessibility at certain locations. While the overall sentiment leans toward positive, addressing the inconsistencies in customer service and ensuring reliable voucher access could further enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

Their website is a complete scam/fraud and looks exactly like the site of the venue/event you are trying to book for. Then, only AFTER you commit to buy and pay, you get an email telling you where to drive in order to physically pick up your tickets! No joke. So you end up paying 30-40% MORE than the event would cost if you just went to the venue yourself, AND they won't even email you electronic copies of your tickets, nor can you print them yourself. Like I said, you have to waste time and expense now traveling to wherever their local office is to pick up the damn tickets - that you just OVERPAID for as well. Oh, and when you file your claim with your cc company or paypal, be prepared for the lies they will come up with.
Booked nightlife theater tix for 01/16/2020, in doing so also booked motel room for extra 2 days. Received a call from VME saying Nightlife Dinner Theater cancelled show. So with that being done called to cancel the extra 2 nights only to receive 65% refund! WTH? Looked at cancellation policy for a 3 star motel and 100% refund if canceled well before stay dates/ show date (I cancelled 1 1/2 months before)..
I like this website. Perfect working. I got many useufel information from them. And good onlien support
Charged boat tour in Lake Tahoe twice the price of the boat tour with lunch without any food.
Description was not clear that food was not included.
When we found out, we tried to cancel, but representative didn't allow cancellation.
We called or credit card to cancel the transaction.
Absurd.
This is nothing but a scam... they buy tix for Grand Ol Opry that are leftovers and sell them for premium price. I had to call my CC co and get a full refund as they are scumbags and deceitful company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Have to travel to different location to get tickets can't print on line! To much trouble to get tickets.
Beware. This is just a front for Wyndham Resorts time shares. We wanted tickets for the General Jackson and they talked us in to doing a 1-1/2 hour presentation with lunch for a half priced ticket. Lunch was old pulled pork and mac and cheese that had been in a warmer for who knows how long. We told the salesman that we weren't going to buy in to the timeshare but he went on with his spill. After an 1-1/2 hours we said time was up but they said we had to see the grounds to get the half price. Another hour later and several sales people later, we finally got out. The last woman was very rude when we said we weren't interested.
Looking back on the whole transaction we probably could have gotten a better price booking everything ourselves. The kicker was that when I went to check in to my hotel, it was not paid for and I was told that the form of payment from Vacations Made Easy was being declined. Luckily they still let us check in. Today when checking out, they still had not received payment. I called Vacations Made Easy and they didn't seem to think it was a big deal! The hotel said it happens a lot with this company. If they aren't paying for my hotel where did my money go? Last time I checked, that's fraud!
We were also approached no fewer than three times about a timer share viewing. I will not ever use them again.
This was not Vacations Made Easy This was vacations made of buying tickets twice and being embarrassed when arriving at "will call" to pick up tickets that didn't exist,
Vacations Made Easy is a fraud with bait and switch all the way. I wanted to order tickets for the Grand Ole Opry and found myself on this rip off site... however, I didn't know it until it was too late. I thought I was ordering direct from the Opry. There were only 2 categories of seats - regular and deluxe. There were maps highlighting the deluxe seats. I chose that at a whopping $98 (later found out it's $25 MORE than buying direct at the Opry.) They confirmed, but didn't give me the seats. So the next day I called. They gave me seats in the nosebleed section... seats that were NOT on the original deluxe seat chart that is posted on their website. They were horrible to deal with. You can't cancel and get a full refund even within 24 hours! Don't waste your time or money here... only go to the Opry website, but be careful because this one pops up. Someone should close them down. This rating is not for the Grand Ole Opry... it's probably fantastic, I just didn't know how to get attention to this fraudulent company selling tickets to it.
Booked hotel and then received an email to go to some office to receive coupons/vouchers for hotel once we get in town. Within minutes. I called immediately to cancel, then informed that only 100% would be on gift card. 25% fee for cancellation.
How are these people ripping people off?
My wife was purchasing tickets to the Comedy Barn, thinking she was on the CB website only to discover after purchasing $38 tickets for $58 that she had been redirected to VME website. She purchased 4 tickets for over $210. After calling VME within 30 minutes, we were told we would only get 75% refund of our money or we could spend the whole amount "on their website". After speaking with a supervisor we were told that our particular venue would "price match" so we were able to get a credit on our credit card for $80 which did come through. BEWARE when buying tickets that you are truly on the correct webpage. Lesson learned. I was going to dispute the entire transaction with my credit card company had the supervisor not come up with this solution. PS: They will be quick to remind you that you clicked that you agree with the transaction and that you should have read the disclosure before purchasing. They unnecessarily ran my blood pressure through the stratosphere! A BIG RIP OFF!
I went online to buy tickets to Redneck Comedy Bus in Nashville. Once I received the confirmation email and following one which informed me I had to pick up vouchers at an office (couldn't be emailed to me), I was annoyed and wanted to cancel and get a refund. This was within 24 hours of the booking. VME informed me I had 2 choices; get 75% refund back to credit card or 100% as VMW gift certificate. I told them this is terrible customer service and plan to fight this with my credit card company. They said "you agreed to the terms when you booked it", so perhaps there's fine print to be read. I will never, ever do business with this firm again - what a complete rip-off. Beware and save yourself the grief. Unbelievable. (I later booked direct and am glad I did.)
We booked our weekend trip 5 weeks in advance and paid in full. I requested ground level hotel for my father who is handicap and in a wheel chair. I went to check into our hotel around noon. The manager checked us in and gave me the key cards. I noticed it said room 206 and 208. I asked if the rooms were ground level. He said no. I asked if there was an elevator and he said this Hotel is not handicap accessible. I told him I specifically requested ground floor because my father was in a wheel chair, He tried to call vacations made easy to figure out what was going on because they did not tell him of any special requests. He could not get through so I called and spent the next 30 minutes on the phone waiting for them to find us another hotel. Unfortunately, she said, there is no hotels available that are handicap accessible. All I can do is refund your money ($295.00) I said refund the money. Not even thinking the amount did not sound right. 2 rooms/2 nights? Needles to say we could not even find a hotel with1 room for 2
Two nights that was a comparable price that we were quoted and paid for. We spent the next 3 hours up and down the strips of Branson trying to find suitable accommodations. Finally after 3 hours of searching we found a hotel that had 1 ground floor and 1 room on 2nd level but only had the one night available. We took it. The next morning we got up in search of a room for Saturday night. After and hour we found a hotel that was ground level. Only one room for 5 adults. We took it. I called to complain to a manager when I got home and her reply was" I see where you requested handicap for your father because he is in a wheel chair, but unfortunately It was just a request" Are you kidding me? Is there not a law against this? Disability/Handicap isn't a protected class? And your telling me it was just a request? I am furious. You monopolized our families time and cost us more money than you refunded. Not to mention discrimination against my father who is handicapped. More than anything I am appalled by this companies indecent and wretched disregard for my 82 year old father who at this age should not have to go through this period! I asked to speak to someone higher than her and she said she was the highest. I could not believe that and I told her that. She said she was hired to take calls. How that makes her a higher up is beyond me. No compassion or customer service skills what so ever. I would not even give them 1 star but I had to give at least one to submit this.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR VACATION PLANNING!
I am a single mom and small business owner. I wanted to treat my daughter to a little vacationand made the mistake of booking tickets through Vacations Made Easy. They overcharged me by over $100. When I called to tell them about it, Jahvan told me I should have done "my due diligence." So my fault I called them. I got to them from Trip Advisor, so ALWAYS call the venue directly or book online. Do NOT call Vacations Made Easy.
Don't use this company. I noticed that the price online was charging $50 for an adult to go on the mackinaw carriage tour instead of $36. When I called I was told the price fluctuates based on the season. All lies! The price at the kiosk was $36. I tried to call but since we were going that day they refused to refund or cancel the reservation. Don't use the company. Just buy your tickets in person.
Just another Internet booking scam service. And for what little good this advice will yield --- I'll give it anyway. Go straight to the venue you are trying to book and book there. Why would you EVER go somewhere else, be charged double and not be given what you asked for?
Go straight to the venue you are trying to book and book there

Their ads pop up and look like your purchasing tickets from the theater (seating charts and all). Instead they are a 3rd party vender that overcharges (sometimes double the price) on tickets and then you have to go to there customer service center to pick up a voucher to then go stand in line at the box office to pick up your tickets. The customer service center proceeds to try to get you to sign up for a timeshare sales pitch. This is a new twist for a timeshare scam to over charge you for tickets. Usually they at least give stuff away. What a rip off. Buyer beware!
As another reviewer has stated - "Fool me once". I was searching for a show in Pigeon Forge for our vacation. Unfortunately, this site came up. It advertised savings on various shows. I selected one and was charged $120 for two tickets. When I got to the theater, I realized the actual price was only $97. I had a feeling that something wrong when I was told I had to pickup my tickets at their office instead of printing them myself or picking them up at the box office. Save your money. Go to the theater or the place you are staying for tickets.
Here is what I know. They inflate the prices on everything. Go directly to the hotel/event provider and get the price at MUCH lower than what these jokers give you. Also they don't send you all your ticket vouchers and either blow up your phone and harass you if you contact them on the issue OR they don't respond at all. I am currently working with Paypal to get my money back. What a nightmare? And shame on them!
