I booked a fishing trip with 2 grandsons. They notified me that their plans changed and would not be able to attend only 3 days later. Got billed 30% of cost even though the trip was 3 weeks away and only a couple of days after I booked. Way too much for doing nothing. I could see if it was jsu before the trip and they didn't have the opportunity to find other customers. But this is playing finders keepers with someone else's money.
It was super easy to make arrangements. I have all of my itinerary for our trip to Myrtle Beach.

It's getting annoying all im interested in is the dolphin cruse.
We first did not realize we booked tickets through Wyndham. The pressure was relentless trying to get us to attend a presentation when all we wanted to do was to redeem our tickets for the Riverwalk boat ride. It was beyond unsettling. To be asked what our plans were for the day was none of Wyndam's business. We hope to never again make that mistake of booking anything via Wyndham aka Vacations Made Easy. We were tourists and should not have been subjected to this. No means no and after leave us alone re the interaction. Not interested in your presentations, your packages, etc.
Navigation of site was very easy but I wasn't expecting so many texts a day that part not so great
I booked a deep sea fishing trip with my grandson.When I found out it was a timeshare gig I didn't what to upset my grandson who was looking forward to this trip so I spent two hours of my time just to keep the trip. I had been involved with a timeshare before and was very unhappy with it. In my opinion Thay are not worth what they are selling them for but that is my opinion.
Great experience and I'll report back once I pick up my tickets. I wish it were made more clear that you have to actually pick tickets up at an office.

The website was a little difficult to navigate. Also could you tell me when my credit card will be charged. If it is charged right away, will I get a receipt via e-mail. Or will it be charged day of tour?
Easy experience, and they made sure I had almost all of the information I needed for my trip. Lost 1 star because I didn't receive any kind of itemized purchase receipt. I haven't yet taken my trip, so it may come with the vouchers once I pick them up, but if so that wasn't clear. Would have liked some kind of payment proof up front.
