This is the second time that I have bought tickets this way and will continue to buy tickets this way. The process is simple. The staff is friendly. And the seats at the shows have been in very good sections.
Process was very easy. Young man was very friendly went I picked up voucher for tickets. When I picked up tickets it was quick and easy. We had very good seats. We appreciated the deal that we received.
Only difficulty was that we weren't sure about doing the trip on our arrival date. Everything was smooth.
I thought that we would pick up our tickets at the theatre as we usually do, that I much prefer. However, I was told that I would need to pick them up at another location. When I asked if it would be open on Christmas Eve to get the vouchers, they told me yes; however, when my husband arrived they were closed. I called back and was told how to get a bar code to show at the theatre but I was still uneasy. When I arrived at the box office of theatre, I told the lady that I did not have the vouchers and what had happened. She asked for my name and said no problem and gave me the tickets. Boy was I relieved and so much stress.
The service is pretty unique, got my email about the confirmation in time I will be using them again in the near future 😀 Good Job👍

Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is

Great place for tickets thanks again. But wish we would have been able to pick our seat location. We were told we would be able whrn we picked up our tickets, the seats were already set. My husband is clostrophobic and you had his seat in the middle. He had an attack and we had to leave our seats.
Site was easy to use. Self explanatory. Very handy so you can prepare what you want beforehand and upon arrival your ready to enjoy your vacation.

This is my first time using this service. Not knowing where we will be seated made me nervous, but I am going to depend on the integrity of your company. I made a call and was given my seat numbers for the Motown show. I hope there will not be any hassle when we go to receive our vouchers.
Booking was reasonably easy. The only reason I didn't score 5 was because the gentleman at the customer service desk (Mr Adkins is the name he gave me) at Vacations Made Easy office we were told to go to get our vouchers refused to give them to us. He said it was a timeshare that would take 90 minutes and we wouldn't get all that we'd paid for. That panicked us. I called the original number that we set things up with. Vivian told me she fixed our account so that we could pull vouchers up on my phone. It worked but I arrived very early at all events so they could verify my information with what was on file. Maybe, since your contact in Nashville appears to be "shady", you should find a more dependable voucher contact or make vouchers available only on our phones. The events were enjoyable. Other contacts at your office who where helpful were Adam and Ace.
