First time to use site. Easy to choose events. It took a few hours to actually get the itinerary. Every time I looked, it just indicated it was in process. It did give an order #, so I called them. Lady was nice and sent me a link with information indicating confirmed. However, it said I had to pick up the tickets in Nashville office -vs- being able to print out tickets at home which is not what I expected. Day of trip, my friend could not go at last minute and I lost money. The info on the sheet said 48hr or 72hr notice, they may allow a date change. Booking online for events following day did not give any options to change a date etc. The lady at desk where I picked up tickets was nice and helpful. She provided a map and my events were both close by which was great. The office is affiliated with Wyndham, so you get a sales pitch of earning money toward future events by attending a meeting- time share deal. The events I went to were fantastic adventures with laughter, comedy and music.
Went online to buy tickets for a tour at the Opry. This site popped up with good discounts so bought 2 tickets. Had absolutely no idea until we arrived at the ticket collection point that we were booked into a sales pitch for holiday accommodation for which we had no interest whatsoever!
And they separated us.
And even when I said immediately to the guy I was put with that if he's trying to sell me holiday accommodation I'm not interested and don't want to waste his time and mine, he still wanted to take me through a 2 hour process! I stood my ground and walked out, grabbing my friend on the way.

When I purchased our tickets we were not aware that we would have to drive to Sieverville, TN to pick them up. This is really inconvenient. Now we have to leave early from home to go out of our way to pick up the tickets. Now you are telling us that we needed to contact you with contact information. I gave you contact information when I purchased the tickets. We will be picking up the tickets on August 1st, mid afternoon.

I needed to change date because calendar is not very friendly to operate and I guess It picked 25 not 24 and then I was charged $50.00 to correct it.

Booked a vacation through them at a fair price. They have a scam where they double the actual price of the ticket and tell you your getting a buy one get one free discount. Realized the excursion I booked was and hour from my hotel and immediately called to cancel. They said sure - we can refund 65% and keep the other 35%. I said I just booked this 5 minutes ago. What a scam. Found the actual website for the excursion company and their policy ois cancel anytime. USE EXTREME CAUTION - YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL REFUND AS PROMISED
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
The 4.5 review appears to only include how easy it was to buy tickets online. Which it was. But- you can only actually get the tickets in person. Who does that? Tickets are digital now. Why do they do it? So they can con you into going to a time share presentation. Really? Is this 1995? I had to get in my car-burn gas-try to find a place to park- in 90 degree weather- so you can try to SELL ME? Really? And- they sent my DIGITAL TICKETS to me right after I had picked them up-BEFORE I'd even made it back to my hot car. Well. They've alienated at least one customer: me. Never again.
We ordered the jungle cruise with the all you can eat BBQ dinner, and fire dancers. We are celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary and we were excited to go to Fort Lauderdale. Today, a day before our cruise I got an email that they canceled the cruise without giving a reason. It was one of the main reasons we were coming to Florida, was to take the cruise on our Anniversary. They could have at least let us know why it was canceled. I called the company and the lady said there was no explanation on why they canceled it. We will find a different cruise line next time, ruined our anniversary trip!
Told it would be 90 minutes of our time for 125 dollar American express card, it was over 2 hours and card did not work at 2 different venues, which ended up costing us more money.
The worst experience ever! They were unbelievably distrustful to me, I have a disability that causes me to not be able to go above a ground floor, they put me on 3rd floor. When I called VME they were rude, caused me to me my dinner and show that was prepaid for, refused to accommodate my needs, said my wheelchair can go up the elevator, I AM NOT IN A WHEEL CHAIR. Then proceeded to ask what my disability is( this is illegal to ask one's disability) I informed her she is not legally allowed to ask this. Then spoke to 2 more supervisor who proceeded to be even worse. I could not get a room and had to return to my sisters, while we made our way back to home.
This company has trained their employees to be horrible, hateful, disrespectful to their customers. And they refuse to help me get my vacation rearranged.
We are looking to spend our 25th wedding anniversary for a little R&R and some fun! Can't wait to explore more fun!
