I have 8 bridesmaids for my wedding all ordering the same dress. UWDress immediately contacted me when they noticed so many girls ordering the same thing and asked if it was all for one bridal party. They wanted to make sure all the dresses were in the exact same batch of color and they also confirmed all of the sizes to make sure.

For those who are frustrated because the size is not what you expected, make sure you measure yourself. They have a custom option and they also have exact measurements listed for each of their sizes. The company is not based in the United States so the sizes are different from here.

My girls just received their dresses and are in love with them, they are beautiful and the quality is great (not the flimsy cheep fabric). We are so impressed and I am so grateful for how hard this company worked to ensure we received what we were looking for. The dresses look exactly like I pictured them and I am so excited for the girls to wear them at my special day! Thank you UWDress!

I have never written a review before, but I thought if the dress was nice and I had a good experience with uwdress.com I would write them a good review. I ordered from them and afterwards started seeing these negative reviews. I felt sick and even lost sleep worrying that I had made a huge mistake. I was sooo pleasantly surprised when the dress arrived in exactly 18 days and it was gorgeous... even prettier than the picture. The quality of the work is good and the fabric (paillette) is beautiful. There was no funny smells like some reviewers mentioned. The price was a fraction of the prices of dresses we looked at here in the USA and because there are so many styles to choose from my daughter got exactly what she wanted. I did make sure I took her measurements and went by them when ordering instead of using the size she normally would where in the USA. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I never got the email letting me know the dress had actually been shipped so I couldn't track it's arrival. Other than that, I LOVE the dress. So does my daughter... and her sister :)

Got my bridal shower dress from here and it was so ugly on. They expected you to send pictures and keep telling me it looks great when family and friends told me it looks bad. They then say they won't refund shipping for you to send back which is 50-60 to ship back to china. Also they won't refund the shipping that you paid them and they said the shipping you paid to g wet the dress was a sale price and they add an extra 20 dollars. By the time I get my refund it's not even half of what I paid for the dress. They tried to low ball me and say they would give me 30 bucks to keep it and I can sell it but who is gonna buy a dress for a specific size, color, and occasion in the time for me to buy another dress. Don't bother with these people.

They custom made my dress. The bust was still to big, this was supposed to be my wedding dress. I asked to return the dress and was told I should exchange it since a lot of other customers have felt that the cost of the return was to high. I told them multiple times I didn't care, I wanted to return the dress. They never gave me a address or any information in regards to the return. I did get an e-mail telling me that I can exchange my dress for a new one and pay them $60.00 and the rest they will cover. I will never shop with them again. And I think the reviews they post on their sites are only the positive ones. Because I submitted mine to their site and still haven't seen posted to their page

I ordered a mother of the bride dress for my daughter's wedding for $79.99 plus $20 shipping. I received the dress and the bra in the dress was way high on my chest. When I inquired, I was told I ordered the wrong size when the dress fit perfectly except for the bra. I was told I could take it to a seamstress to have the bra removed but would need to pay for this. I decided to send the dress back. However I was told that they would deduct the the shipping cost it would have been of original price and I would be responsible for the return shipping as well. When I took the item to be shipped back it was going to cost over $75. I let Uwdress know of this price to return the dress and they offered to refund me $30 only and told sell the dress on eBay or somewhere to redeem rest of my money. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR RETURN POLICY!

MY SISTER ORDERED BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES TOTALLING $400 & COME TO FIND OUT THIS SITE IS A FAKE THEY TOOK MY SISTERS $400 IMMEDIATELY OUT IOF THE ACCOUNT & WHEN SHE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ALL THE CONTACT INFO WAS FALSE THE PHONE NUMBER JUST RANG & RANG THE EMAIL IS NOT VALID NEEDLESS TO SAY WE NEVER GOT THE DRESSES BUT THANK GOD THE BANK REFUNDED THE $400. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO BBB. CROOKS!

I would give them a 0, but you can't do that which is stupid. I emailed uwdress and told them I wanted 6 bridesmaid dresses. Uwdress told me to email their names and when my bridesmaids ordered to put "together with" and a number they gave me so all the dresses could be made from the same dyed fabric ensuring they're all the same color. Well, not all of my bridesmaids ordered and the dresses got made and shipped anyway. The color was different than the picture. Not only that, all my bridesmaids did a custom fitting, so they emailed their exact measurements and not all of the dresses fit my bridesmaids! If that wasn't enough they shipped a defective product! The dye from the dresses was rubbing off and their skin and everything else that touched the dress. I sent them pics and they said that the dress price is only only $78 and the shipping fee is very expensive, they can refund me $20 directly for each dress, and 5 were ordered, even though i had one more bridesmaid who had to put in her order, so they shouldn't have even been made yet. I told them I want to be refunded 100% because their product is defective and I have not heard anything back from them. I will NEVER use them again. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Unless you want to be sorely dissappointed and upset with your purchase, DO NOT order from them and save yourself the grief.

I would give it zero stars if it let me. I ordered 6 dresses for my bridesmaids and they kept trying to get me to custom order the sizes but I ordered just regular US sizes. They came in and they did not look at all like the picture online. I contacted them to return them and they told me I should wash them or get it altered and that would fix it. They would not give me the address to return them and kept trying to get me to sell them online or exchange them for another dress. I finally got the address and shipped them off for $120 because it is in China. I got the dresses back on my doorstep two weeks later with Chinese stamps all over it saying the address did not exist. I contacted the company for the 50th time asking if they gave me the wrong address and they said that it was my post services fault that it didn't make it and to try it again... when it had made it all the way to China... that is not my post office's fault. They have poor customer service and now I have to sell them online because I cannot deal with them anymore and I am not going to send it back again and pay another 120 dollars. DO NOT GET DRESSES WITH THIS COMPANY.

Let me start out by saying that I frequently shop online, so I'm not a stranger to the process. That said, this is bar none the worst online shopping experience of my life. Let me tell you how.

1. I paid extra for a custom fitted dress. When I got it the fit wasn't even close to what I had sent, and the bra was in the wrong place. No real way around that one. There were also wrinkles in the inner lining of the chest that didn't line up with the lace and looked terrible. So fit and construction issues.

2. The color wasn't even close to the image, so you can't count on that to get an idea. I understand that computer screens can be misleading, but my light peach dress shouldn't have been tangerine.

3. I was also surprised to see that this dress was made in China. Had I know that I would've likely been more careful.

4. The customer service was impossible to work with. They kept brushing me off, or trying to make it sound like the problems with the dress were my fault, not theirs. They treated me like an idiot, and I literally asked them to just take the dress back and end my nightmare. Because that was what it felt like.

5. They didn't want the dress back, and repeatedly made me offers to get me to back off from my quest to get the full refund. Such as offering to make a new dress for $60 and I keep this one. Or giving me $20 if I drop the whole thing.

6. The shipping I paid is apparently not refundable, which makes sense. What's weird is they try to make the $22.75 I paid in shipping over $45 because they can. I think that's the entire reason they have the "discounted shipping". So they can take advantage of dissatisfied customers. This is a quote from their email explaining it.

"For the actual shipping fee, you paid $22.75 for the shipping in the order. But it is the shipping cost with 70% off which is published in all style page. So the shipping cost is $75.83 (=22.75/0.3).
We are big customer of express, they offer great discount on shipping cost, so the actual shipping cost (sale price for shipping) is 45$. We use UPS to ship package in 3-5 days, so actual shipping fee is much more than what customers paid to us."

Whatever. At the end of the day no matter what I do I'm out at least $100 and still don't have a dress. You can choose to buy from here, but I recommend you look elsewhere. Like literally anywhere else.
