I wish that I had read all of the reviews before buying a dress from this company. I would not have ordered. I just received my dress yesterday, and although I went off the website's measurements, the dress is no where near fitting. The top also comes up so high that it chokes me. I have tried reaching out to the company in various ways to see what I need to do to return the dress, and I have not received any response whatsoever. I'm calling my bank first thing on the next baking day to see what my options are for disputing the charge. Very disappointing.

I received my dress which I love, but it was a tad to small. I contacted UWDress to simply exchange. In which they replied Their dress sizing is perfect then had the nerve to say "Anyway, the dress does not fit you now". What! Then they asked to send some pictures of me wearing the dress to show how it does not fit... but wait there is more! I was also asked to send exact measurements of everything again! So if you want a company who is easy to work with do NOT order from this site!

I have bought 6 dresses in total for my bridesmaids here. When I first came to the site and talked about color issues with them. The customer service girl, Tina, sent me several color pictures that she took photo on the fabrics. From this, I could see the delicate difference and decided the one that I like best. I was very glad with their service. Then I placed my order and they made all my dresses in custom size. All the dresses fitted girls perfectly and the dresses has the same color with the photos Tina gave me, very surprised.

Ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses. All were around 6 inches too big even with custom measurements. After alterations they were beautiful -- I am very lucky to have seamstress friends who helped a bride out. I tried to write a review on their site but it was "submitted for moderation." Do NOT order from them.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this site for my best friend's wedding. I was lucky enough that at least my dress fit me. However I would say that both the color and material looked different (and more cheaply made) then in the online photos. Lastly, when the dress arrived it smelled very strongly of fish, as did another bridesmaid's dress from the same company. The dry cleaner had to clean the dress three time to get the odor out. While it's not as bad as some experiences I've heard about, I would not recommend this company overall.

This was a beautiful dress, tailored exactly as I asked and it arrived exactly on schedule. Great service with the team who was always answering my questions when needed.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The dresses arrived much earlier than expected. I've had bad experiences buying online from other stores so I confess I was a little afraid. When my fiancée and I opened the box and took out one of the six dresses that I ordered for my bridesmaids I literally started crying. I could tell this people made the dresses with love. Great quality fabric, there is not one single thread out of its place, the color is EXACTLY how they advertised and it looks elegant, classy and incredibly beautiful! Tina got back to me several times to double check the measurements to make sure I was getting the right thing. She is responsive, kind and very professional. I found the perfect dress on the UWDress site and was delighted to find the option for providing your own measurements. Sadly, the company decided to completely ignore these measurements and provide a dress that I cannot even get on. The hips measurement is a full six inches smaller than the one I provided. How they could get this so catastrophically wrong is beyond me. We even had a back and forth of emails checking that my measurements were correct before they went ahead and made it. On emailing them to explain the situation, I was first offered a replacement - at an additional $65! - then a refund of $25 if I didn't want to pay to return the dress. I have now managed to get an offer of a refund of the cost of the dress ($125), provided I return it to China from the UK, but not the shipping. I've been left with no dress and nearly £50 out of pocket. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Got my dress today! It looked stunning on me. I like the high waistline design so much which was very suitable for my pear-shaped body. A plesant online purchase!

I bought my bridesmaid dress here. It was beautiful on me, especially like the empire waistline design, which flattered my pear-shaped body shape. The total expense of dress and shipping was only about $120. Have to say, the quality of fabric and sewing was better than what i expected.

Terrible product, nightmare return policy. They deducted the shipping from them to me from my refund. I had to pay return shipping, which they ALSO deducted from my refund. A $89 purchase netted me a $20 refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID! This is also a product/company of China. Buyer beware!

I ordered a dress on May 22,2016 for my sons wedding. I took all my measurements and then had my daughter double check them for me. My dress arrived on June 7,2016 and is absolutely beautiful. It fits perfectly and the color is exactly like it shows on the website. I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, UWDress for doing such an amazing job! Patty M.

Buying my dress here is pleasant. Their customer service is considerate and professional. From the moment I order my color swatches till I finally buy my dress here, they give me detailed guidance carefully. I appreciate it. My dress is also made good. I choose custom-size and it fits me well. The fabric and workmanship are better than what I expected. Overall, I am satisfied.

I was scrambling to find a dress to match the bridesmaids in my best friends wedding. I am maid of honor and the dress I had just didn't work out. It was too different from the rest. So one month before the wedding I found this site. And the dress that matches! For just $113 total. It came and fit perfectly. Got here within two days of shipping out. I had cancelled the order because of all the bad reviews but my friend said she really wanted me to have that dress. So I contacted this company through email and they got back to me immediately. When I said I wanted the dress and not to cancel they were on top of it cause I needed it right away. It's gorgeous and fits wonderfully. I'm very happy.

I did not want to order from this company, but through the bride's urging I gave in. I assumed the dress would be faulty based on all the reviews, and I was right. They added all of this extra padding in the chest which is sewn up near the shoulders. Pretty sure I have never met a person with breasts on their shoulders. The dress actually ran big... I measured myself and even ordered the same size I wore in the US. The dress was so gappy in the back and awkwardly sewn. It looked like a futuristic dress from the Hunger Games. I tried to return it and they would charge me additional shipping plus the cost of me shipping it back to them. I would have lost over 60 dollars to return it for their fault. I just disputed it.

I don't know why you'd order a bridesmaid dress from here when you could just get one at David's Bridal for the same price. It's really not worth the risk.

Received my dress as their promised date. It looked good and fitted me greatly maybe because of my standard figure, hahah... The chiffon material felt comfy to wear. $89.99 was cheap. The quality at this price was acceptable, I think.

I have 8 bridesmaids for my wedding all ordering the same dress. UWDress immediately contacted me when they noticed so many girls ordering the same thing and asked if it was all for one bridal party. They wanted to make sure all the dresses were in the exact same batch of color and they also confirmed all of the sizes to make sure.

For those who are frustrated because the size is not what you expected, make sure you measure yourself. They have a custom option and they also have exact measurements listed for each of their sizes. The company is not based in the United States so the sizes are different from here.

My girls just received their dresses and are in love with them, they are beautiful and the quality is great (not the flimsy cheep fabric). We are so impressed and I am so grateful for how hard this company worked to ensure we received what we were looking for. The dresses look exactly like I pictured them and I am so excited for the girls to wear them at my special day! Thank you UWDress!

I have never written a review before, but I thought if the dress was nice and I had a good experience with uwdress.com I would write them a good review. I ordered from them and afterwards started seeing these negative reviews. I felt sick and even lost sleep worrying that I had made a huge mistake. I was sooo pleasantly surprised when the dress arrived in exactly 18 days and it was gorgeous... even prettier than the picture. The quality of the work is good and the fabric (paillette) is beautiful. There was no funny smells like some reviewers mentioned. The price was a fraction of the prices of dresses we looked at here in the USA and because there are so many styles to choose from my daughter got exactly what she wanted. I did make sure I took her measurements and went by them when ordering instead of using the size she normally would where in the USA. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I never got the email letting me know the dress had actually been shipped so I couldn't track it's arrival. Other than that, I LOVE the dress. So does my daughter... and her sister :)

What you see is what you get!:-) they did a very nice job on my dress.and the dress fitted perfectly.the respond is very first if you have any questions with uwdress. I communicated via email and it was excellent. I will recommend a friend definately.
