I wish that I had read all of the reviews before buying a dress from this company. I would not have ordered. I just received my dress yesterday, and although I went off the website's measurements, the dress is no where near fitting. The top also comes up so high that it chokes me. I have tried reaching out to the company in various ways to see what I need to do to return the dress, and I have not received any response whatsoever. I'm calling my bank first thing on the next baking day to see what my options are for disputing the charge. Very disappointing.

I did not want to order from this company, but through the bride's urging I gave in. I assumed the dress would be faulty based on all the reviews, and I was right. They added all of this extra padding in the chest which is sewn up near the shoulders. Pretty sure I have never met a person with breasts on their shoulders. The dress actually ran big... I measured myself and even ordered the same size I wore in the US. The dress was so gappy in the back and awkwardly sewn. It looked like a futuristic dress from the Hunger Games. I tried to return it and they would charge me additional shipping plus the cost of me shipping it back to them. I would have lost over 60 dollars to return it for their fault. I just disputed it.

I don't know why you'd order a bridesmaid dress from here when you could just get one at David's Bridal for the same price. It's really not worth the risk.

None of my bridesmaids' dresses fit them despite giving their custom sizes. In addition to the fit, the quality was terrible. When we tried to return them, they wanted to take out extra shipping costs from the refund because it was apparently "discounted." Huge waste of money. I'm also pretty sure the latest positive reviews are UW Dress employees talking up their business/fake... The way they're written is awkward and English is very poor.

I found the perfect dress on the UWDress site and was delighted to find the option for providing your own measurements. Sadly, the company decided to completely ignore these measurements and provide a dress that I cannot even get on. The hips measurement is a full six inches smaller than the one I provided. How they could get this so catastrophically wrong is beyond me. We even had a back and forth of emails checking that my measurements were correct before they went ahead and made it. On emailing them to explain the situation, I was first offered a replacement - at an additional $65! - then a refund of $25 if I didn't want to pay to return the dress. I have now managed to get an offer of a refund of the cost of the dress ($125), provided I return it to China from the UK, but not the shipping. I've been left with no dress and nearly £50 out of pocket. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I have bought 6 dresses in total for my bridesmaids here. When I first came to the site and talked about color issues with them. The customer service girl, Tina, sent me several color pictures that she took photo on the fabrics. From this, I could see the delicate difference and decided the one that I like best. I was very glad with their service. Then I placed my order and they made all my dresses in custom size. All the dresses fitted girls perfectly and the dresses has the same color with the photos Tina gave me, very surprised.

I received my dress which I love, but it was a tad to small. I contacted UWDress to simply exchange. In which they replied Their dress sizing is perfect then had the nerve to say "Anyway, the dress does not fit you now". What! Then they asked to send some pictures of me wearing the dress to show how it does not fit... but wait there is more! I was also asked to send exact measurements of everything again! So if you want a company who is easy to work with do NOT order from this site!

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The dresses arrived much earlier than expected. I've had bad experiences buying online from other stores so I confess I was a little afraid. When my fiancée and I opened the box and took out one of the six dresses that I ordered for my bridesmaids I literally started crying. I could tell this people made the dresses with love. Great quality fabric, there is not one single thread out of its place, the color is EXACTLY how they advertised and it looks elegant, classy and incredibly beautiful! Tina got back to me several times to double check the measurements to make sure I was getting the right thing. She is responsive, kind and very professional. My great thanks to her and to her talented tailor--you guys made a very happy bride! :)) ) May God bless your business.

Buying my dress here is pleasant. Their customer service is considerate and professional. From the moment I order my color swatches till I finally buy my dress here, they give me detailed guidance carefully. I appreciate it. My dress is also made good. I choose custom-size and it fits me well. The fabric and workmanship are better than what I expected. Overall, I am satisfied.

Avoid like the plague. Bridesmaid dresses didn't look at all like the pictures on the website. They were just sewn "wrong" - necklines were too high. One didn't fit the bridesmaid at all, even though per the website/measurements it should have fit. Language barrier when you try to communicate with them. (They are in China) Did not give full refund but did let us keep the ugly dresses, so we will try to sell them somewhere. Do yourself a favor and buy American!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this site for my best friend's wedding. I was lucky enough that at least my dress fit me. However I would say that both the color and material looked different (and more cheaply made) then in the online photos. Lastly, when the dress arrived it smelled very strongly of fish, as did another bridesmaid's dress from the same company. The dry cleaner had to clean the dress three time to get the odor out. While it's not as bad as some experiences I've heard about, I would not recommend this company overall.

Please do not order from this company. The colors in the pictures are off and the customer service is fraud. They respond via email and will not give you a refund. I also tried to contact the numbers provided inside the package. That number is a third party shipping company that has no knowledge or instruction for the package shipped from China. So sad, I think they are all working together to commit fraud. Please do not order from them. The items are not of good quality and the customer service is a mess...

I was scrambling to find a dress to match the bridesmaids in my best friends wedding. I am maid of honor and the dress I had just didn't work out. It was too different from the rest. So one month before the wedding I found this site. And the dress that matches! For just $113 total. It came and fit perfectly. Got here within two days of shipping out. I had cancelled the order because of all the bad reviews but my friend said she really wanted me to have that dress. So I contacted this company through email and they got back to me immediately. When I said I wanted the dress and not to cancel they were on top of it cause I needed it right away. It's gorgeous and fits wonderfully. I'm very happy.
