The stitching can be improved. The placing of buttons is not proper. Need to improve on matching the hook on one side to the button hole on the other side. I have spent money at a local tailor to fix this issue.

Really great customer service, from beginning to end. Clothes arrived in good time for my wedding function and something suitable for all the family. Overall very pleased with the products and also the service overall.
I have ordered size 36, whereas my original size is 34, just to make sure it's not small to fit. But surprisingly the product is too tight for me and there is no extra space left in two sides so that I can loosen it up according to my size. For me the product is wastage of money.

Customer service before order was nice, but saree is not looks same as picture, sarre is too SHINY like CHAINA SILK ITS NOT ART SILK at all…Pallu bedding / pico is totally rubies not even wearable, it needs to redone i paid $82 for that saree so at least i expect that when it comes to me i could wear it straight away but now i cant wear it as pallu finishing it ridicules… i am so annoyed & angry with the person who were looking after my order / any online order…once utsav got order, after they do not care about customer service…and do not check that item is sellable or not.

Reason i gave 4 because i am not happy with my Woven Mysore crepe saree in Mustaard ( SKU: SNGA297. It looks like used it before and saree has lots of wrinkles. I could not return it because i last the original receipt. But my other orders SKU: LNJ210 and order SKU: LBC619 both are beautiful. Liked it very much. All my products came on time.
