Easy to order, the sizes are right, order came on time.
And... the clothes (cotton in my case) look better online than in person. I wish I had ordered silk.

My chest measured at 41 inches so I got the size 40 which from the size chart correlates with a size 42 chest. The kurta was extremely tight on the shoulders, chest and around the arms. Planning on returning and if they can provide a bigger size in adequate time I will exchange if not I will return for a refund. The color of a described. The material in not giving at all.

My order arrived on time ard the buying process was easy and quick. I ordered two very similar items but the one was not cut properly and had to send it in to be altered.

However I followed their size guidance and even ordered one size up but the outfit was still too tight for my husband.

All team members were prompt to respond. They did best to meet my needs of plus size stitching. I would(already did) definitely recommend Utsav Fashion to friends and family.

I ordered 2 sarees and 2 matching blouses thst needed to be stitched according to the specifications I sent. I had 2-3 chat sessions with the staff at Utsav and sent my measurements for the blouse and the specifications along with it. I made it clear that I need both my blouses to be stitched as sleeveless blouses. Despite, gettting the confirmation from the staff, I got both my blouses delivered with sleeves and that too the sleeves are if some random measurements and they are too big for me. That's because I never sent my blouse sleeve measurements since I asked for a sleeve less blouse.
I am very disappointed with this service and I will never purchase again in Utsav in future.

Utsav customer service is excellent. They helped me navigate international shipping and address an error in website vs confirmation with ease and kindness.

I have purchased a few outfits from this site for years and have in the past been very happy with my purchases. Unfortunately the last two purchases I've made have been a little disappointing. My most recent purchase was a Pakistani Suit. Everything from the purchase to delivery was great, but if I am making a purchase by looking at a photo, then I expect to receive an outfit that looks like the photo. I have received an outfit where the colour of the fabric on the sleeve which is supposed to match the dupata is noticeably different in colour and is also stitched differently from the photo. The dupata is beautiful but it's a pity that I will not wear it on this outfit and also I will probably end up ripping off the fabric on the sleeves because it just looks so odd. So obviously disappointed that I've just bought an outfit I will not wear as it was intended to be worn. Maybe I'll try again in a few years. Hopefully things might change by then.

Fantastic customer service. Amazingly fast response. Ordered an item which was needed earlier than the delivery date, But the customer service sorted it out very professionally & to my greatest surprise received it two days before than I asked for. Very very pleased

Utsav was great in staying connected. They asked me to provide the measurements etc., however, the tailor didn't follow any measurements. The outfit doesn't fit me, so disappointed. Bottom is loose from the waist. I can manage that. Shirt, shoulders too big and top too tight, not enough margin for me to even make it loose. Don't know what my options are.

Smooth shopping and delivery was on time. But looks little dull for that price.

Website is easy to use. Easy to track your package and the quality of the craftsmanship is wonderful. Beautiful colors and well made.

This is my second time ordering something from UTSAV. I had a great experience shopping on this website. Awesome variety of merchandise, reasonably priced. The customer service is wonderful. Very prompt to respond to any questions. The delivery process was great as well. My merchandise arrived on time and very nicely packaged. And the products I ordered, looked exactly like the items shown on website. Over all great shopping experience.
