Utsav was able to accommodate a last minute request and I received my order right on time. No other alterations are needed. Everything fit perfectly and they followed measurement directions to a T.
FedEx lost my package and delivered it several houses down from mine. Though On your company's end most things were done right, you were still very responsive which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend adding the need for a signature before completing deliveries when using FedEx as a shipper to ensure mix ups don't happen in the future for myself or others.
