It's a beautiful saree. Picture was same as original
Shopping was easy and plenty of choice, but paying through paypal took some time. Order got delayed, but customer service was excellent. Quick replies to emails and quick follow ups. My ordered was delivered before the day I had stated. But the material of the saree i had ordered left much to be desired. It looked very beautiful on the site, but looks very bland and common in person. I will not be able to wear it for the occasion I bought it for, which is sad.

I ordered pre stitched kurta set and the fitting was poor. Some of the design patches were not stitched properly so it might fall out soon. I will think many times before ordering from Utsav again unfortunately.

I got the dress and it is beautiful. However, I requested to shorten it as I am only 5' tall via email, the dress is too long and now I will have to spend more money on fixing it. You should at least respond back if that option is not available for customers.
