I ordered Lehenga which looks very dull than what is displayed. With varying color of Duppatta than the Lehenga. Quality of the material is very low. Also the quality of stitching is bad.

It was OK. The items are shown on the web site, but it is not available and then the color changes etc. after the order is placed. If the item is shown on the web site, please make sure that it is available when the order is placed. Thanks.

I have been purchasing from you for many years and I always get the best quality and wonderful packing and shipping. Your products are reasonably priced and you have great variety and modern selections.

This store does not sell exclusive items. The items they sell you can find on other Indian online retailers' websites for way lower price. They deliver internationally by FedEx, so it is reliable and fast. I never had issues with them sending me wrong items they always come as pictured. Another story is what I call "Indian stitching". Ladies' garments are stitched "for scarecrow". It will sit nicely on you only if you lift your arms in a scarecrow pose - sleeve cap is not cut correctly to make what tailors call a "set in sleeve" which falls naturally in the arms down pose. Also there are no darts for breast part either so you better be flat there :). I always have to go to my tailor to remake those dresses to fit me. But it is a common issue for any garments tailored from "ready to stitch, or semi-stitched" sets in India, not unique to Utsav. They have actually refunded me once for the re-making of the garment by a tailor.

The clothes arrived on time and look exactly as pictured. They fit perfectly as well.

I didn't understand about partial stitching. Thought it would be nearly done. I received the embellished fabric and lining fabric. Made the dress myself.

I love that Utsav had a section of "ready to ship" items, it helped me pick an outfit that arrived with plenty of time even though i ordered soon before my event. The garments themselves are high quality and looked great, and fit exactly as i expected them to/hoped they would. Overall a great experience!

Initial shipment was mishandled by the carrier. I contacted customer service who replaced the item which was received by me in record time!

Didnot like the product quality.immediately raise the concern ticket generated.but no call from them.

Very good jewelry. Thank you for this product. However the jhumka is bigger than what's on the website.

Everything was great with my order, I had order 5 pieces. 3 were good, but 1 had to be replaces, which I am not 100% happy with and 1 was sent with a wrong color bottom, so they replaced it but it still is not the best match
