Hello, All was well with the ordering process and I eventually received the saree in a good state. The blouse was sewn very well and the saree is of good quality.
The only issue experienced was that the shipment date was much later than the expected date of dispatch as mentioned on the order initially. I guess due to the volume of orders over the Diwali period, the tailors were overwhelmed. Order placed on 03 Nov, dispatched on 21 Nov (18 days as opposed to the estimated 14 days) and received on 23 Nov in Saudi Arabia.
I needed the order for an occasion in December so allocated time well in advance for any sort of delays. It overall I am happy with the purchase.

Very pretty colors and the size fits just fine. I was very happy with my purchase.

Saree quality excellent. But this time I am not happy with courier service. This page is very reliable and helpful.

So far so good.
Will wait to see what the final outcome will be.

The shopping process was easy enough. A bit clunky at times due to the navigating of all the options.

Ordered Bandani georgette multicolor suit loved the prints, the innerlinning was well fitted but the kurta(size44) was too big and not well stitched.I usually wear size 44 in Aline kurta.This was like a tent over me.Next time might try smaller size.

Utsav fashion site was easy to use and materials arrived in excellent timing and condition. They lehenga and the abaya were gorgeous

Other than delayed delivery all was good. Ustav said they don't deliver to a PO Box address. It is important to note that some people live at an address like ours in a semi rural setting and Australia Post won't deliver to a home address. Despite telling this to Utsav they won't listen. In the end the parcel got delivered to the post box address so cannot understand what the fuss was about.

Customer service is awsome. Had issues with the shipping address (Puerto Rico, USA), but customer service was very diligent, fast and willing to help. After solving the shipping issue, that took an extra week, the pieces arrived on time. The dresses looked as shown in website and the 2 outfits I bought were carefully packed (not even wrinkles). The jewelery was packed in a different box. Box was opened by US Customs and resealed)

Materials are of good quality and materials and nicely sewn. My 2 dresses were ready to wear and the sizes matched the ones described in the website.

This is the first time i order from this site (it was recommend by an Indian friend) for my first indian wedding.

You have wonderful pieces and based on this experience I recommend it. If i need to order again i wouldnt hesitate and would do it with at least a month in advance to have a custom made dress.

I took a chance by ordering a saree from Utsav Fashion and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the saree. The best part was they provided a stitched blouse with my saree. They just enquire about chest size and the blouse is a good fit. It was a positive experience and I'll surely order again in the future
