Very rarely do you order something and get exactly what you're after. The fabric texture was so well displayed on the image online it was precisely the way I thought it would feel only to my delight the pant was lighter, fuller, and the bra cup - once removed and replaced to the right fit made a perfect outift.
I had a good experiance with order confirmation and delivery. Easy communication with customer service. The saree I ordered is well made but the top is completaly off size even though I payed extra to have it made for measure. Fyi, it arrives without the underskirt so it's something you have to purchase separately.
They adjusted my readymade suit over a quick email - service was fast! The only thing I didn't factor into the cost was import duty which was about 50% of the cost of the suit. Overall was happy with the product and service!

I have updated my new address on the site but still you guys shipped it at old address where I am no longer living its good that my parents live close to the old address that he was able to go to the house and ask the new owner if they received any package so nice of them to give us the package so I am very disappointed on UTSAV fashion that they send my item on old address.
Outfit was so cute but blouse was horribly stitched. The neck line was crooked and was too high - not like picture. Overall, good experience with the website.
Although the quality is decent, its very very expensive. The base cost is already so high and then on top you have to pay for customs duties..
