I have three computers which needed anti-virus services, all with different issues; a windows surface 3, a dell 64 bit, and a mac-mini 64 bit. Your service engineers did their cleanup and disinfectant jobs superbly, some of which technically rare and difficult. They all should be specially rewarded as should the training team which helped create their methods and procedures. I applaud especially Melanee Greene who helped with the mac-mini under MacOS Sierra (10.12.6). As well as the Windows Surace 3.Kudos to all.

The technicians were very pleasant and did resolve my problem. I did not realize it would take 5 1/2 hours to do so. It would have been helplful if I had been advised so I could plan my day accordingly.

I was very pleased with Kristine

I was very pleased with Kristine. She was incredibly patient and helpful. I felt a little lost after our initial conversation. I was told a time that I should be available, but another technician started to continue without me present. I was not able to get through for a long time when I called on the phone. When I did get through I asked for Kristine, and she helped me get back on track and reconfigure my new printer which was not accepting USB. It was reconfigured to WiFi. There were still issues with the printer and she stayed with us until all the issues were settled. We are very pleased overall.

It was really wonderful the tecnision was very patient since I am a senior citizen and not fast on the computer. All problem areas have been taken care of which is a great relief to me!

Hi, my assistant was Mary. She did a fabulous connection for my HP printer, wireless. I am amazed how well her administration to her job went. All is well, and I am happy to have had Mary as my helper today. I also had others who have been top Techs. Zerina being an other from yesterday. To my printer is working! Yes!

Your technicians, Mary and Melanie, were absolutely wonderful. They worked without break and did a magnificent job. Both my computers are now working fine because of Mary and Melanie and their expertise and hard work over several hours. I cannot say enought about their service and I won't forget to recommend US Global Tech to anyone who needs your services.
