We had a great experience with Global Tech. Our technician, J.C. Was very polite and addressed us with the utmost courteous and professional manner. He addressed us with...yes, Ma'am throughout the call. We recommend this service to anyone having issues with their computers. This is not a scam. It is an outstanding business which follows through with all questions we had and called us back to ensure all was working properly and let us know that at any time day or night, we could call to get assistance. We highly recommend them to everyone having difficulties with their internet. We even signed up for a year of service to have them keep on top of things instead of us trying unsuccessfully to fix any problems.

I was put in touch with US Global Tech by the HP service center, in response to a problem that I was having with a new HP printer. Global Tech was able to find the infections on my computer that were causing the problem and eliminate them from the system. Great job! Everything seems to be A-OK now.
