I had contact with Melanie and Mary. They were both very courteous and very helpful. I appreciate them both very much.

Charlie and mary was very helpful and patience when i wasnt.

Adware/malware engulfed my computer. I was able to remove some manually, but then turned to my Kaspersky account. After a bit they indicated a technician would call--that was my exposure to US Global Tech.

The computer cleaning took ~ 1hr less time than anticipated;the technician was professional and helpful; my computer returned to usefulness.

I have had techs in the past years that seemed to always need to charge for more software for problems. I hope that will not happen again.

Apparently a difficult problem but Dan and his partner worked very hard to fix the problem. Dan followed up and had to do more work, but it was finally fixed

Job well done. Priced fairly. My laptop is functioning perfectly. Work is warranteed. I have Zarina's direct phone # for any issues that might arise. I consider that great customer service. She worked for 4 hours resolving my computer's' issues, and now it's working like the day I bought it.
Zarina is knowledgeable, patient and polite. She is an asset to your company.

Both Dan and Mary have been really helpful. I explained to Dan I was "computer illiterate" and he totally understood and walked me thru what i needed to do. I know he spent a long time on the scans for my computer and i am extremely thankful

They seem to have fixed my issues. I thought it was Norton I was dealing with but it was a sub contractor. They were helpful...
