Stay away from UseViral, it is a total scam. I wish someone had told me beforehand that they are just thieves who take your money and don't deliver anything or respond to any E-mails.

I bought accounts off of this website where they "guaranteed" quality yet all I got was 6 dog$#*! AI generated accounts with three randomly generated pictures and 0 followers and following. I'm demanding a refund now that $#*! was horrible

Total scam. Terrible. We tested these among others for an article we were writing - we purchased American followers, and were bombarded with INDIAN accounts, looking fake and rough as you can imagine. The exact worst thing you don't want. Total rip-off and lies, with no response. Thank God we used a pre-paid card with controlled balance. Don't bother, seriously. There are much better options.

I strongly warn against any involvement with this dishonest brokerage firm and urge you to be cautious when dealing with this unscrupulous enterprise that preys on naïve persons. I was billed a hefty $70,000 for alleged commissions and hedging expenses. Why did it seem so simple to deposit money but so difficult to remove it? A month passed before I finally sought the timely help of S I M O N C H * C O M' professional advice.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I placed an order, only to find out later that it was rejected without any clear reason. Even worse, the money was still deducted from my account. When I contacted customer support to get a resolution, I was met with excuses and dismissive responses.

After waiting several days, I reached out again to demand a refund, and their representative, "Robert Jr.," responded in an unprofessional manner, literally replying with "LOL" to my concerns. I couldn't believe the level of disrespect and lack of care for their customers. It's clear they don't take customer issues seriously at all.

If you're considering buying from this company, beware. They have some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and getting your money back is apparently a joke to them. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

They told me, buy a second Account and get it cheaper, so I did and bought a second one, the first one was $2, and it told me get another one for $1.50, then they charged me $2 again, the contact then said I already got the discount and got charged $2 with the discount applied, but It told me $1.50, so don't buy a second account! Or better don't buy anything.

They promise legit, real followers, but I only received following on Instagram from Indian accounts with 0 followers and photos stolen from internet, with no relation to my account in terms of interests and values.

Don't use this site unless you want your credit card information stolen and used. I had several fraudulent transaction attempts made using my credit card information shortly after my purchase with them. My bank later informed me that my card information remained active on useviral.com and was stolen. Aside from that they added 1000 followers immediately — all from obvious fake foreign accounts. Now I have the time consuming task of removing all these followers. Should have known!

It's a scam! I paid for 750 followers and received barely 400! When I contacted them they told me I had 224 followers at the start of the service when in fact I had over 2250 followers...I paid for real Italian followers and only received foreign and fake ones... they talk about quality followers but it's not true!

After ordering your purchase will always show as rejected. Thankfully my order was only 14usd so no big money loss. I hope they will get sued one day for fraud

Paid for 500 followers on Facebook for a new Page. After payment there was an error page and I could just close it.
My bank card was deducted and I right away contacted my bank to block the card.
After an hour I received an email from USEVIRAL to return to checkout - no thanks! Received ZERO followers obviously.
TOTAL SCAM! DON'T USE IT!

Bought 100 ig followers "top tier" influencer followers as the promised. Received about half of them and most of them were death accounts with up to 80 followers each (true influencers) :D About 20% of those followers delivered were just profiles with pictures of dogs... nothing else there. Waiting for full refund as they promised...

I bought 500 premium european followers...
Unfortunately all the followers I got are Indian, and woth really poor profiles. They are simply a fraud. Don't use their services

Didn't deliver. Kept on lying in their emails that they did engage and making a fool of me. Worst service ever! And arrogant.

Bought 1k AUSTRALIAN followers. They provided 1k followers from very obviously NOT Australia. When emailed, response:

"I have taken a look into this and can see that your order has gone through as regular followers as a result of a technical issue sorry. Unfortunatelythe targeted ones are not working, sorry. As compensation we can provide more of these regular followers if you like? We can add another 50% of your order as regular followers as compensation for the technical error. Please confirm your uername / link you entered if you want 50% extra regular ones as compensation. NOTE- We cannot provide the targeted ones, sorry, they are not working."

So I tell them just to refund:

"Ok, sure thing but please note if we remove these then your account could potentially get banned by attention of a big sudden loss of followers. Are you sure you want to proceed?"

Stuck between a rock and a hard place. They knew they weren't going to deliver what I ordered and now hold getting my account banned over me.

Shameful.

Scam! Buyer beware. Will not follow through on their end once they receive payment. All communication stopped. This is a fraud company. Reported it to my bank. The bank also states for company after doing their investigation.

I wanted to try to buy a few reviews for Trustpilot and Google. It started ok, the reviews came in. After a few days I went to check and all reviews were cancelled, in both websites. I asked to refill the reviews and their support said they would look into it. They never did of course.
Bottom line, I have paid for the service and I have a total of ZERO reviews from UseViral!

I would say it's 100% a scam.

Ordered view hours and they were not provided properly. Their "support" was dismissive, brusque and unhelpful. I suppose that if you're paying someone to "cheat" the system you can expect to be cheated yourself.

Nothing is clear, never expected to get followers in a different language (not even English) that look nothing but authentic. Would never recommend their services due to lack of transparency. Once contacted, attitude was terrible and of course not even trying to solve the issue. Hope this helps to avoid this kind of "service".
