Bought 2.5K followers recently. Zero engagement. Some member accounts have the same photo! (photo evidence below) Every member's profile I clicked on proved to be recently created.

This is the kind of trash you would buy on Fiverr. Save your money, guys!

The first order was really quickly done and I had no problems at all. So I tried ordering another 2 promotion sets but they didn't start even after 2 weeks. The support doesn't answer at all. You do not receive and Order ID and if you are still able to check your order, you do not see any progress, just the stuff you ordered but nothing more. But you receive 3 marketing emails per day. That's all. You might check for others - for example thesocialmediagrowth that has at least an overview page where you can really track the progress of your orders.

Use Viral is a scam company that will make promises they will NOT deliver on, but they're more than happy to take your money. Please understand this so-called business is nothing more than a scam. Strange charges show up on your credit card statement. Horrible, bordering on abusive customer service is the status quo. Steer clear of these losers.

Unfortunately I didn't see these ratings and comments in time, the fraud is complete, they just take money and nothing!Of the ordered 7500 views, 750 were achieved!Upon complaint, they will send a coupon with a 10% discount for a new order!

I have placed an order, money taken from account, settled payment, they cancel the order with absolutely no explanation. Luckily it was a low amount, but they are 100% scam.

I really should have read the reviews first before using this service...my responsibility but I hope my review will help others and stop them. 1) This service lies about selling subscribers from a specific country. Be prepared that they will send you Vietnamese. It doesn't matter whether you bought Europeans or Arabs. These will be low quality Vietnamese pages with the same names and photos.
2) Their technical support is terrible. Not only will you have to wait days for a response (instead of the stated 24 hours), but you will also be accused of impoliteness.
Is it worth adding that there is a complete lack of customer focus and any data tracking. (I had to explain my request from scratch to 4 technical support representatives)
Using this service and communicating with its employees takes a lot of time, effort, and, moreover, I guarantee that they will humiliate you and ruin your mood.
Whether to use it is up to you.

It says on their website that they accept PayPal. Upon the checkout process, there is NO option to pay with PP! I sent them an email and they replied by saying that they are working on getting PP back. That was a week ago! Also, they have a USA address (Postal Annex box). On a second attempt to use my debit card, it was declined. I called my bank and was told that it was blocked - reason that it was a business from outside the US. Very deceptive, and not trustworthy!

My review is nothing new compared to the previous few who mentioned bad service. Fake accounts (which is fine, not good but expected). Significant drop off immediately. And no top up even though that was their promise. In our case, they did reply, just keep BS me saying their team is "working on it" for months. It takes less than an hour to fill a large order. What are they working on exactly?

Also their likes or other engagements can not be choosable for your reels. There are better ones out there. Never use them again. A waste of money.

Paid for reviews that were never received. They say they respond in 24 hours yet they never replied to any email I send nor did they actual place the reviews. Obviously at this point I accepted they scammed me of my money. Avoid you will just lose money with no way to refund it.

I would NOT recommend using this service. They are a scam. The followers I ordered showed up after two weeks of waiting only because I had to keep asking where they were then about a week after that, they've disappeared. So they took my money and I got no real followers from this order.

I bought 10 Facebook accounts but they gave me bots😭. This $#*! hurts. The account only had profile pictures nothing else. Plus they trick you on m there bio saying how to identify scammers so they can make you loose your gaurd. Lastly most of the positive reviews are bots if you read carefully. I lost $15 dollars but it is What it is 😂.

Emailed company twice, called their "contact" telephone number (which disconnected immediately) concerning failed order fulfillment. I only received a bot response advising 24 hour response from Useviral, nothing else since then. It's sad because many of us are trying to build an online presence utilizing this type of service as a starting point. This one (Useviral) has to come along and mess the entire process up! Stay away business owners! It's not worth the headache!

I ordered aged accounts and paid for them. My card got charged and I received an email with an order tracking link. I checked my status right after my card got charged and it said Rejected in order status. I have been sending emails to their support that I've been charged but I haven't heard back and why my status is rejected.

They haven't bothered to respond. Before this transaction, their support was active and I asked a couple of questions to which they responded within 12 hours.

They are a big SCAM. Won't respond back to you once they have your money. Again shows that India will always remain a den for scammers.

I purchased genuine Australian likes with Australian names and profiles on my page but they flooded it with fake Vietnamese names with the same repeated photos over and over. I asked them to remove them but they declined. They're an absolute scam. I should have checked the reviews prior to placing the order!

I'd never bought views for my videos but wanted to give a good. One a boost so bought 70,000 YT views from UseViral to hopefully give it a boost toward the algorithm. I purchased these for $464. Because in the videos and research I did they were rated number one. I also bought some from YouTube and "Media Mister" which both delivered. So there is no way Use Viral delivered more than about 10,000 views and $464 is a huge sum for this type of thing. I got some from "Thunderclapit" for a different video and they produced 0 engagement but did deliver. Avoid Use Viral they don't do what they say nor rectify it through customer service!

Place a trial for 3 google reviews.
After a week, I inquired status, and was told it was being worked on.
A week later, same inquiry, same answer.
A week later, I was asked for a correction to the posting site.
A week later I inquired status, and was told it was being worked on.
After 1 month, I was told the postings had been made (I never saw them) and dropped. They will not refund after 30 days.
Don't waste your money with these scammers

Before I paid for 10,000 You tube views I wasn't aware that it is illegal to buy views, likes or subscribers. I asked for a refund but they said it is OK an safe to do so and got me 1,000 bot views. No real views so no extra subscribers one would hope to get with extra views either and still 9,000 views less then originally promised. I never received an invoice for the payment or order number. After emailing them they sent me an order number which doesn't work when I go to check my order status. Absolute scam! STAY AWAY and keep your money.
