We ordered their services, and waited 20 days but never received any service. So we contacted customer support and were informed the service we ordered was no longer available.The customer support confirmed a refund will be offered in 5-7 business days. We waited another 20 days, didn't receive any refund. Again, we had to contact customer support, then they informed us they don't offer a refund because "it passed 30 days".

This is a complete spam service, please stay away. We will also file a complaint to BBB for this spam service.

Don't use them. They are a total scam. They said it would take 1 month to complete the service. It's been a month and nothing has been completed. When I checked on my status, it said "Rejected". But I didn't get any notification or a refund.

I paid for a plan that I never received. The charge was made, but my status is rejected and I do not receive my money back. I've sent several emails but they never responded.

Please be careful and do NOT buy from this website! I have bought an account from them, and they sent an account that is protected by a phone number. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks and they replied a few times saying "we will fix this soon" and then they started ignoring my email messages.
Whenever I contact them, they just say they will fix it, and they say "Thank you for waiting" and "Sorry for making you wait" and then they totally ignore me.
I lost money with them.
It's been 2 weeks folks, not 2 days! It's a total scam!

They don't do anything. When I asked for a refund. They went silent on me. Worst ever. Do not use they are horrible I can not believe they are still in business

They didn't complete "custom comment" order. After multiple contact attempts, they asked me to resubmit. After resubmitting, they provided a "random comment" service I didn't ask or pay for. Not only was the order incorrect, but none of the comments provided were complete sentences/words (see attached screenshot). My request for a refund were ignored. My bank provided the refund/credit to account.

Used to be decent, now they are frauds.

Get this:
-UseViral does not send an email confirmation when the service has been completed.
-They don't send an email notification if the service is rejected or needs additional details to be completed. If you don't realize it and contact them for details, you lose your money. They never tell you they can't complete the order.
-They tell us to check the order status on the site ourselves except the statuses are not updated in real-time! They straight told me that! It's been 3 months since I ordered and it still says processing!
-Then I'm forced to contact support who is terrible. I have been emailing one support guy for weeks and still have not received one helpful update. I sent him the exact list of order IDs with the statuses of processing or rejected. He said he would send an excel sheet. I never received it. When I asked him to resend, he said he deleted it and will have to redo it again. Who in the world would do that? He STILL has not sent an excel sheet or addressed my list of orders. It's like going back and forth with someone who is severely challenged.

I tried everything to work with them and their support. Terrible terrible terrible.

I cannot believe what they had done to me. I placed an order DEC 2nd. Support told me everything was good to go Dec6th. Then Dec 15 comes around… I'm still waiting for my order. I reach out to support and they tell me that my order was cancelled due to not providing the correct link. I said wow okay…. Your support literally told me everything was good to go. After I checked up with my order DEC 6. I sent support more than 10 emails. Nobody replied. Finally someone answers me and I send them everything they need. They take hours to reply. Out of frustration I tell them " I hate support" bc there support is the worse. Support then cancels my order. Says I'm abusing them. They threaten to leave me bad reviews on all my pages and websites … I got super pissed off by this I cannot believe they cancelled my order and threaten me just because I said I hate support. Wow..

All 20 reviews I purchased from UseViral are gone; Google deleted them. At first, all reviews will post. You'll be happy and you'll feel that it worked. As months passed, Google would remove the UseViral reviews - a couple at a time. It took 8 months for Google to remove all reviews.I'm glad I wasted only $120.

The positive reviews are Scam. They never Delivers my followers they laugh. Sending me emails mocking me. Plaz. U can get in contact with me. I have all the Proved. Of the emails and wordk order. Is a lie thus company

Their followers are all fake, even if you choose the targeted followers. The majority of the followers are hookers! When you complain, they do not even respond to your emails!
Avoid using this website. It is a waste of money.

I just wanted to test the site ended up getting scammed, they are not legit how can they say my status is rejected. And it's suspicious when they say they handle ur request in 7 working days why that long and 72hrs to respond to your email. I just knew I was just scammed. And decided to come here and read reviews. And I'm seeing other negative comments about them too.

I recently paid money to this useviral and they told me my purchase would be completed after 24 hours. Over a week later I got in contact and they told me they had not received my payment. I provided evidence of me paying and they still continued to tell me I did not make payment. 4 weeks later I was still chasing this. Rude staff. DO NOT USE

Scam site. Unbelieveable. Good thing I chose the lowest dollar amount $2. To test them out, nothing. No results whatsoever. Scam company that just takes your money, not even worth disputing the $2 charge. Enjoy the $2 gypsys.

I've used this company a few times... trying to make sure it was me and not them... and they've failed twice now...

Issues with "Use Viral"

1. Delivered views rapidly... 1,500 views within 20mins.!

2.98% of the views are worthless... because each view was under:23 seconds... long. With YouTube... it must be:30 seconds to count as a view. Waste of money.

3. Pleaced another order on the 19th... today is the 26th of August and I have not even received; 1 of the 150 watch hour's I purchased yet.

4. If you send them a status update request on your order, they will respond back with a email template, with general information, nothing about the particular order in question. Just information from the website Q & A page.

I was looking to bring this site a lot of business... but I would NEVER use them again! Save your money and go with another site.

After buying followers from useviral, my engagement rate has absolutely fallen drastically and i am hardly getting any likes or comments on my posts which were previouslty gradually growing. I am utterly disappointed at this service. Moreover, the followers that i 'bought' were also gradually decreasing!?pls do no buy followers ever. I knew that buying followers limits your engagement rate but not by this much! And i only bought a 100 followers!
