It would've been helpful if I would've been advised of the documents I needed to get my birth certificate. I don't have current driver's license- mine expired and I needed my birth certificate to get a new one. It's a catch 22.

In good faith, I read the explanation of the service that they offer, which specifically states that I would receive a certified copy of my son's birth certificate once they receive Valud US identification and payment. Once I submitted payment, I then received the never before mentioned instructions that I would only receive a birth certificate application that I would have to mail in myself. I requested a refund, while payment was still pending and I never submitted any proof of my identity. I then received an email that said my identity had been verified and I was to download the application, which of course I did not do. I am still waiting on a response about my refund

Unfortunately I was redirected to this site to fill out an application for my California birth certificate. They said they will send it in 3-4 weeks. After I pay, I realize that I have to print out app and send it to California myself (no address given) and pay their fees. So exactly what did US Birth Certificates do? I reported them to the Attorney General consumer Fraud and will be posting on facebook. HORRENDOUS

I ordered my via from you guys got charged $164 almost a week and a half later I went to Pennsylvania Department of Health Website and order another birth certificate because it still hadnt gotten that one got charged $30 from Pennsylvania Department of Health website And then received both birth certificates on the same day. So yes, I was ridiculously overcharged. I've actually sent you Three different emails giving you the chance to resolve this problem and have not heard back at all Definitely need to be better
