Usbirthcertificates are useless, they charge you $47.00, then they have you fill out a birth certificate form, that has all your private information on it. They wait 2 days then they send you an email that says open email, print out application and call the govt office you were born in and send them the proper fee to get your birth certificate, wait thats what i paid you guys for, fraud us birth certificates take your money and give you a piece of useless paper, if you charged yours youcan dispute and get it back, everyone stay away, or ill see your review next

They made it super easy for me to get my birth certificate. If I had done a tiny amount of research, I could have simply printed the form from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services myself and saved the money. You still have to go get it notarized yourself anyway. I'd give them 5 stars, if they notarized and mailed it in for you.

I was quick to use this site because they promised expedited services to obtain a birth certificate. But I should have been clued in to their scam when they asked me to pay first before i had even selected the services I needed. After I paid and gave them all my information, I was left with a message saying that they would contact me when paperwork was ready to sign. I never received a confirmation email and I haven't been contacted. There is also no way to contact them other than a form you fill out on the website. I have filled out their form twice and still have not been contact. I totally got scammed. I am out $150 and I have no birth certificate (which I really need). So, thanks, US Birth Certificates. You're the worst.

They advertise that you get a digital download of your birth certificate right away, (which at the time I thought was great because I needed it right away), however they don't mention that you have to print and mail in a form AFTER already entering all your information online.
I've tried to contact them via their online "contact us form" which is a complete joke. I've sent three different contact us forms and ALL of them got sent back to me, undeliverable. And, there's NO other way to contact them. I'm now $60 out with birth certificate.
Absolutely disgusted with this website.

If you're in a rush to get a copy of your birth certificate, I recommend you check this out. I received my mistake-free revised application and all the documents to mail my application and get my certificate. I've got my certificate within 2 business days. I am satisfied with the service I received!

They are deliberately misleading. They make themselves out to be a government website. They even directly match their fee to the that it cost to obtain your birth certificate so you think you are paying to apply for your birth certificate. You aren't, you're paying to fill out a form. I got a huge surprise when they just emailed me a filled out form that I then had to file with the actual fee to the actual government. You could easily fill out that form yourself. It's THREE fields! This is a huge scam! I hope there is a class action against them. I would be all in on that. Cost me $54.
