This business has almost non existent contact information. You can only contact them through their form and FORGET a phone number. I sent an email have heard nothing back and there is NO way to create an account so that you can see what is actually happening. They sure are quick to get your credit card information though, AND a copy of your drivers license. WHO KNOWS what they are doing with this information. Save yourself time and money and go through your state's vital records department. I am sure I have just lost $135.00 for the two certificates I ordered. I hope they prove me wrong. I have no images or proof of purchase to attach because they give you NONE OF THAT!

I requested a birth certificate for $ 149.00 which included the expedited processing. I have waited almost eight months and still haven't received my certificate. I did receive a refund of $93.00 for the expedited processing but have gotten a total run around on the balance.

Filled out application, went to payment, a message popped up that said there was a problem with your payment and within 3 seconds the message disappeared before I could read what the problem was. A timer was ticking for how long I had to complete the application so I submitted payment a second time and it went through, now I am worried I will be double charged. When handling payment for sensitive information there should never be any confusion.

I completed the online application, paid the fee, only to find out they would review my application, and send me a copy, to pay yet another fee and submit it to the actual state agency. I immediately called my credit card company and asked to cancel payment on this obvious scam

This company charge me 51$ to send me a application where i have to print out and write another check for 30 dollars and make a trip to the postal service to send it to NY. I could of just went on ny state website and print out the form for free and just pay the 30 dollars. It says just do everything from home on the website, not rip me off for a 51 dollar piece of paper telling me to go to the post office! This company is horrible and just take your money!

TOTAL rip off. Wanted to get my birth certificate for California... I thought all was well as I went step-by-step through the process, AND paid $49, only to find out that after the last step, they tell me that they will be emailing me my application for my birth certificate, which I still have to pay to have notarized anyway! All that they do is fill out the application for you, which you then have to mail into your county office anyway! Such a joke. I should have gone to the website for my county in the first place, and filled it out myself.

Had to submit multiple documents before they finally accepted one as being good enough, the whole process took 2 or 3 weeks before the order was submitted and accepted. Once it cleared and was shipped though, I recieved it the very next day.

I would definitely NOT recommend US Birth Certificates and Vital records. This is a 3rd party entity not associated in any way with any legitimate government records entity. I basically contacted them for a copy of an updated birth certificate with a legal name change. I got the run around for 2 months straight with the only correspondence being via email with a customer service rep identified only by a first name. Multiple emails sent to me regarding multiple uploads sent of official court docs deemed either too dark or illegible. I was never able to contact any human at this company and was only given a number to correspond with my "order". Once I pushed back I was given a phone number to contact the vital records for New York Dept. of Health which is only a voice message loop where no one ever picks up. Although I did receive my refund, I would still NOT recommend anyone waste their time with this service that inevitably provides NO SERVICE.
