I used U. S Birth certificate for the first time and I must say I was scared at first and skeptical; however, everything managed to get to me as promised. They communicated well through email, no complaints from me. I think if people are having problems with receiving there birth certificates its because of the state they were born in. I have found that each state has its own processing procedures in regards to how long vital records takes to send out birth certificates. I definitely reccommend this site!

We had experienced considerable delay in getting the birth certificates. There was lack of transperency while placing order. Also the customer care executives do not inform properly about the status of birth certificates. It took 5 days for birth certificate to get at home after being dispatched from state office.

My point of contact was Jeannette ext 241. I kept the # Incase I needed a passports. I found the # in my phone yesterday because I need my passport now. But phone is disconnected. Been reading reviews. Dont think I will go that direction. Anyway at one time they were 5star to me

I placed an order for a certified copy of my birth certificate 6/14/22, and have not received it as of 9/6/22. I can't get in touch with anyone, and there is no after hours voicemail. If this is a real business, there would be at the very least an informational recording after business hours. It cost me $49. So learn from my mistake and use another site. I infer from this that it is a scam, or someone buried in a basement laughing at gullible people. Do go elsewhere.

I paid them to get my birth certificate on 13 Dec 21 it is now 17 Jan 22 and nothing! I had to met a dead line so got a hold of Vital check, goes directly with the state. I submitted on 13 Jan 22 and will receive it today 17 Jan 22. Do not use them AT ALL!

Please do not fall for this scam! I'm now 60 dollars in the hole with no certificate. They advertise for just 60 bucks they'll get you your certificate but then promt you to spend another 130 dollars to actually complete the request! And there is no way to contact them. They have an email that goes nowhere but back to you. Please do not fall for this scam like I did!
