We had experienced considerable delay in getting the birth certificates. There was lack of transperency while placing order. Also the customer care executives do not inform properly about the status of birth certificates. It took 5 days for birth certificate to get at home after being dispatched from state office.
Customer service expereince was not good.
They do not tell the properly when the birth certificate is expected to arrive. Once they told me it will take 4 weeks and I was really stressed as we had to arrange for the passport of my new born also.
